Our apartment is located in the middle of the village center of the municipality of Eichenberg, Vorarlberg, in the beautiful triple corner (Austria, Germany, Switzerland). Eichenberg is located at an altitude of about 2021m above sea level. The spacious, modern furnished apartment is self-catering. It is on the ground floor and therefore also wheelchair-accessible (glass screen shower!). Hiking and mountain biking trails start right at your doorstep and in the area you can do various activities or make day trips.

Look at the lake and be happy

When you sit on the balcony a drink in your hand watching the sun that sinks into the water of Lake Constanze ... than - I suppose - you can enjoy my apartment at its best. It’s a new and bright furnished 32 qm apartment with a 10qm balcony. It only takes you 5 minutes downhill to the lake and another 15 minutes to the town centre, walking along the bank watching the swans and sailing boats. Or you can take the bus, which takes you in a few minutes to the centre or the rail station.

Sunny apartment in a hillside location

The apartment is located on a hillside location with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are in a hanging location, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise, hardly a car drives directly past the house as we are the penultimate house in a cul-de-sac.

At the heart of Lindau, separate, private living area

The accommodation offers you a room, two beds, table, chairs, a wardrobe, as well as a kettle, tea and more. The bathroom has a large sink and a walk-in shower. Shampoo and towels are of course available. Toilet, bathroom and room are together and are a separate unit just for them. A large glass front with glass door opens up a view of the countryside. The excellent location is central, without traffic, quiet, bright and green.
