The stay was just what we were looking for, good bed - great breakfast - quiet location - local tips and fantastic hosts.

Clean room in a nice, quiet and rolling countryside; Ideal place to take walks and bike rides. Well stocked breakfast with genuine self-kneaded and baked artisan bread with homemade jam. Due to road works was interrupted the village landlord had sent me a good diversion described in advance.

This is a palace (you). The pictures give you hopeful that it's a nice stay and that is reality. Situated in a beautiful park (what summer is undoubtedly more beautiful as are all trees in leaf) is a beautiful authentic villa. Audrey apartment has a wonderful feel with high ceilings and tasteful decor. A wonderful layout of large living room and adjoining kitchen with all the luxuries provided. Through the central staircase is one floor above the bedroom with luxurious bathroom. For our little girl of eight her bedroom felt a bit far away from us as we sat in the living room, so they slept fitfully at first. Thanks Audrey and Steven for providing this beautiful apartment. Your friendly welcome and generous welcome with fruits and drinks make the experience complete!

If you want to get away from the city and be in a nice comfortable appartment, this is the place to be. Everything was well-equiped and neat.

Circumstances so happened that I could not in the end to stay with Ellen. But it is very much help - trying to help find a taxi, was ready to meet me at 2am, I was going through and was generally not wet very charming and kind to me! I uverern that a man and a beautiful house!

Ellen you feel at home from day one. You immediately notice a warm homely atmosphere in which privacy and friendly environment go perfectly together. So definitely a must for everyone. Just stayed one night at Ellen´s place, and it was a very good experience. Very welcoming and varm people and everything was good. She even gave me her private parking spot so I did not need to park on the street! There is a bit of noise from the road in the rental room, but I slept good. Very affordable. I recommend it.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Ellen's for one night. She has a fantastic home and a wonderful family. Our room and bathroom were clean and well furnished/equipped. Walter and his wife receive you with warmth in their tastefully decorated home with a beautiful garden. Breakfast is a range of fresh products with a personal touch. Everything plentiful and tasty. Walter tells you about the history of his home and the region. Top stay if you love nature, culture and good food.

At first it was a little hard to find accommodation, but also has at night and at the lack of GPS system can be. When we had the accommodation then found, thanks to the initiative of our host everything was perfect. Not fault either on site which was well equipped even the host, who was polite, helpful and courteous. A very nice village.

There were beautiful 5 days Holsbeek. We were welcomed very warmly and could dangle intensively in these 5 days our souls. A very familiar Atmosphäre.Zimmer and bathroom are well equipped .In the park-like garden, with the beautiful Sitzmöglichkreiten, we spent good times. Breakfast was served very rich and loving. Walter and Eliane were very welcoming! The house, quiet, surrounded by fields, is very nice and spacious, everyone can have their space without disturbing others. Very fine provided with a drink after a hot day of cycling. Walter and his wife are very welcoming and socially but also discreet if desired. Slept in the beautiful house. Everything was well taken care of, all the basics in place and there was ensured contents of the refrigerator. We were pointed in the air from the well in the bathroom. With the window ajar to run this eventually bad. There are beautiful walking routes near Leuven and is easily accessible.

Katrijn's place is really comfortable and is very lovely. It is located in the countryside in the Flanders and is very closed to Leuven and to Brussels. Katrijn welcomed us very warmly, there were even some food and drink items in the fridge to welcome us. This is a place where we shall go back!

Cozy cottage, larger than expected, and yummy goodies in the fridge on arrival.

This house is a big space with everything we needed - 2 adults and a toddler. We stayed 10 days over Christmas and used it as a base to visit Antwerp, Leuven, Ghent, Maastricht, Cologne, Brussels and Aachen. A car is essential here and the village is super quiet, the few grocery stores close very early. The hosts were very kind - leant us a dvd player and brought tea when we said we don't drink coffee and left some Christmas decorations. There is a bad smell from the bathroom that comes and goes due to a bad construction in the shower - we kept the door closed and took short showers because of this. Good value for money and we were very comfortable for our Christmas holiday!

The home of Jeroen and An is a very nice and pleasant house to stay with a group. We have a weekend spent with ten people, ranging in age from 2 to 70 years. The house has plenty of room is fully equipped and has a very nice garden where children can play full out. The location is also very good. Near Leuven but also gorgeous in green!

Enjoyed the cottage and the wonderful hospitality of An and Jeroen. In communication very strong and helpful. may stay with 10 adults and no defects can discover, the cottage has everything you need for a weekend away. With much ease can cook a variety of meals and slept in the beds spread in the house! We have a very nice birthday weekend here. Certainly the living space is very open and light. Because of the bad weather, we can unfortunately not much enjoy the gardens, but the bunnies hopping around were an attraction in itself. There is also a very good bus service to Leuven and Friday and Saturday there are night buses from Leuven that stop 150m from the house. Perfect if you evenings want something to eat. For us this was a very positive experience.

We really appreciate the welcome of Jeroen & An. The house is very nice and spacious. We have the full functional house with the all conveniences. Overall I would highly recommend this place if you want an authentic Belgium travel with your family.

We enjoyed the house of An and Jeroen. The contact with An went great! It's a lovely place with plenty of space for a company like ours, nine girls. Lovely garden and all the necessities are to hand. Big plus is the (night) bus with Leuven Center.

Home more enjoyable than the pictures

Zahra was welcoming, but the appartment was very dirty and smelly, especially the bathroom, kitchen and the worst was the toilet (I wish I could upload the pictures). The price is very reasonable, but for us, cleanliness is a must.

Zahra was very nice person, she welcomed me kindly. But during my visit, she was outsite. Moreover, her flat was so dirty! Especially kichen!

If you have been studying abroad, then this place is for you. It reminded me of my old days as a student. Don't come if you're expecting luxury (v.g. there's no shower only a bathtub). Zahra is a valuable source of info if you want to travel so don't hesitate to ask her any question. An overall good experience! :-)

Friendly hostess. The apartment is close to the station. To the center on foot for 20-25 minutes. Quiet area. Room lives up to its price. Modestly. The bed is comfortable. Not very wide. Not really clean floor and tub. Overall, the night quickly and leave.

It was a bit special because we were the first tenants at Shana and Thomas. The contact with them was very pleasant. The 19th century departure was very smart and comfortable. It was definitely a nice place to stay. Offering coffee and a sweet on arrival was very attentive! For us was the location! - Near Horst castle and a short distance from Leuven - definitely a plus. During my internship, I have several times extended period at Shana and her friend stayed. The room is very spacious and cozy, the bed is very good (morning was get up early always very difficult;)) and the bathroom is fine (large rain shower). The welcome was every time very much and Shana and her boyfriend are very flexible in terms of appointments. As you sit you have a lot of privacy and you can do your own thing on the top floor. My internship was by this cozy stay an enjoyable time and I'm glad I found this room! Highly recommended!

Shana is a warm and welcoming host. She is living in a beautiful home, everything is decorated very nicely with a lot of attention to detail. There is a beautiful bright living with view on the church and a separate bedroom. Even in the private bath you take a shower under 100 year old beams. Overall, a loverly place to stay! Highly recommended if you are looking for a peaceful getaway from the city.

I Really liked staying at Murielle's appartment. Murielle is very friendly and everything was nicely prepared for my visit. It was almost like staying in a hotel. I would fully recommend her to everyone who's planning to visit Leuven.

Had a very nice stay! The contact was good and it was nicely finished. There was a delicious breakfast ready for us the next day! The only drawback is that it is a small piece is situated outside of the center. Thank you for your hospitality!

Murielle has done everything so we could feel at home. They communicate well and correctly! We could not imagine a better place.

Murielle was super friendly and welcoming. We had not been in her house but felt it put us at ease. Very soft bed too. Made fresh breakfast before our departure. Ideal also compared Gasthuisberg. Very convenient for conventions or hospital visits and a stone's throw from downtown. If I stay in Leuven before, I gladly contact again.

It was nice house and a nice house owners. Murielle cooks very nice and we have some goodies for breakfast eaten. The house is a beetije far from zentrum, but with bus you can easily go to zentrum city. It is also very quiet area and we have very good geslapt.

Murielle is a great host, very hospitable and does everything to make you feel at home. The house is spacious and very clean and within walking distance of the center of Leuven. Murielle also makes a tasty and rich breakfast. Free parking in the neighborhood is difficult, so watch it if you have a car. I would recommend this room and host absolutely!

Short but pleasant staying

Walter and Eliane made our weekend an unforgettable experience from the moment we arrived until we waved goodbye. At walking distance of their land house you can get lost in the woods and valleys of one of Flanders most beautiful regions, with lovely castles, lots of Belgian wines and beers to discover in the area...guess what? Walter is the best one to guide you were to go! We zijn alvast jaloers op jullie volgende gasten, maar we komen zeker nog eens van jullie orangerie, tuin en omgeving genieten :-)

This is easily my best AirBnB experience so far. Walter is a star host, he goes beyond what's on offer to make sure you're okay. Public transport is 2 mins away and he got a beautiful large home and heart.

For work-related reasons, a colleague stayed overnight at Walter and myself. We received a very warm welcome and everything that we asked (2 twin beds, ...) was present. Walter made good visibility for its guests and also handed over a list of all kinds of nice spots and places to visit. Everything was very clean and cozy, rooms were heated and so nice to settle in you. No complaints, only praise :).
