We had an absolutely wonderful week in this house in Italy. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome basket filled with delicacies prepared by our hosts, including a freshly made cake, simply delicious! A delicate touch that set the perfect tone for our stay. The house is superb, perfectly equipped and offers all the comforts necessary for a carefree stay. The setting is exceptional. From the terrace, we were able to enjoy stunning views of the Italian countryside, ideal for unforgettable moments of relaxation. The serenity of the place allowed us to disconnect completely and savor every moment. Our hosts were very available, always ready to answer any questions we had or resolve any concerns. We leave with our hearts filled with wonderful memories and with the certain desire to return. Thanks for the exceptional hospitality.

We loved our stay in Villa de Castelletta, we were a group of friends traveling to Marche for a wedding and found the Villa as the perfect base to visit the region. Close to beautiful villages , so troubled by countrified and a short 15 min drive to the beach . The apartment is as beautiful as the photos, modern, spacious and incredibly comfortable. And of course special mention apart is the pool area, where we passed several hours per day in bliss. Cant recomendable it highly enough

If I could give this location a 6/5 I would. We felt comfortable and welcomed as soon as we arrived. Bob was so helpful in all things, every day, to make us feel at home. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. It is very quiet and peaceful but also close to anything you may want to explore. We enjoyed fresh eggs as well as cucumber, zucchini and lettuce from the garden! That was a treat! Bob welcomed us with a bottle of wine from his own vineyard and a bottle of olive oil from his own trees! Such a special touch. I had injured my back in my travels and we lost a day due to the airline but Bob was very sympathetic. He even tried to locate a hot water bottle for my back and eased my concerns by letting me know he had a contact who was a chiropractor. Just the little things that make one feel at ease when so far from home. I can't say enough good things about our amazing stay, despite some really bad luck and an injury, it was wonderful!

A recently and tastefully remodeled country house with everything needed. Spacious and well laid-out. Beautiful view over the hills. Nice pool. Quiet. Relatively far from shops, etc, in nearby towns. Landscaping ‘in progress’. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Finally, after a long time of finding a welcome in the old way... How airbnb was originally from where you met the host in person and he hosted you in his home making you feel welcomed and comfortable. So it was for us Luigino and Lara, his wife, who pampered us by offering us their produce from the garden, filling the house with games for our two-year-old daughter, recommending places to visit, etc... We had a great time Highly recommended!!! They would name them superhost❤️

We spent 12 wonderful days in Conni and Christian's apartment! House, garden and pool: everything as described and in the photos, picobello. Towels, bed linen, kitchen equipment, ... are sufficiently available. The Pool and Garden are a dream. The mosquitoes are of course annoying but unfortunately unavoidable. However, incense coils and citronella candles helped us to enjoy the evenings outside. Window screens in the bedrooms ensure quiet nights without stings. Location: Approx. 3km from the nearest town of Petritoli, very quiet. You definitely need a car. In Petritoli, you can find everything you need for daily life, even outside of the tourist season. Also a nice restaurant and a good pizzeria. The nearest beach to Pedaso is 18 km, about 20 minutes drive. Tip for navigating: arrive via Valmir and Petritoli, the roads are better and not so curvy, even if the route is 3 minutes longer. We would love to come back! Thank you!

The apartment is very nice and spacious, with different types of lighting (a lot of chromotherapy), the location is wonderful, practically on the beach. The terrace is also well equipped with a sitting area and a table with chairs... one thing that I really appreciated is that included in the price there is an umbrella with 2 loungers on the beach right in front and as if that were not enough, the bar/restaurant near the house is really worth it (Filippo's restaurant).. we wanted a relaxing holiday with every comfort and we had it... ps: do not miss the sunrise from the huge windows of the living area. The host was always very helpful!
