From the balcony you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large toboggan. On the top floor you will find cozy sleeping places. Located in a safe and quiet area with parking and within 10 minutes to public transport. Danube bicycle and running path are located nearby. The apartment is child/family friendly and a non-smoking environment.

This original troad box is actually 300 years old and has been lovingly converted into a romantic hut in a dream location in the Kalkalpen National Park. Here up to 4 people can enjoy the quiet country life. The former granary is modernly equipped with a heated hot tub on the terrace and a cozy fireplace. At the adjacent Heurigen, there are regional specialties. Hiking and mountain biking at your doorstep, ski and spa areas can be reached in less than half an hour by car.

Liebevolle Ferien-Monteurwohnung Nähe Linz. Wir leben sehr ländlich, jedoch nur 9km von der Hauptstadt Linz entfernt. Perfekt gelegen ist unsere Wohnung für Durchreisende, Familien mit Kindern (gute Ausflugsziele), Radfahrer (Donauradweg) und Urlauber. Mit eigenem airbnb-Zugang zur Wohnung ist Privatsphäre gesichert. Ortstaxe vor Ort zu zahlen: €2,40/ Tag Erw. Kinder bis 15 Jahren frei. Es wurde viel Wert auf Kinderfreundlichkeit gelegt.
