Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Hier thront Ihr hoch oben mit einer herrlichen Sicht über den See bis zu den Alpen. Ideal für eine erholsame Auszeit ausserhalb der hektischen Stadt. Ein prima Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Rad oder zu Fuss in die wunderschöne Umgebung. Zum See sind es nur ein paar Minuten den Berg hinunter. Hier könnt Ihr mit der Fähre nach Meersburg übersetzen und auch die Insel Mainau ist nicht weit. In die Stadt führt Euch der schöne, lange Uferweg oder der kostenlose, direkte Bus (ca. 15 min.).

Ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer, lädt ein zu lesen oder, über den gegenüberliegenden Flachbild TV, etwas zur Ruhe zu kommen. Der große Essbereich, direkt neben der Küche, bietet viel Platz für gemeinschaftliches Essen, Spielen oder Arbeiten. Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus seid ihr in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten.

My apartment is located in the small, idyllic village of Ittendorf, very quiet in a cul-de-sac and is ideal to recover from the stress of everyday life. It is a small place with 750 inhabitants, surrounded by orchards. It is part of a detached house and is located in the basement. The apartment has a separate entrance with a small sunny breakfast terrace. A free parking space right in front of the door ensures a comfortable arrival and departure. .

The apartment is located directly on a beautiful bicycle route to/from Meersburg. The Edeka supermarket and a pharmacy are within a 4-minute walk and a bakery within a 6-minute walk. Lake Constance by bike in 15 minutes to the outdoor and lake bath Fischbach or Immenstaad. By bus you are in Friedrichshafen in 15 minutes. It's only a 3-minute walk to the bus stop. We are happy to give further tips on day trips and restaurants, etc.

Welcome to Lake Constance, the ideal place for pure relaxation. Countless leisure activities, museums, restaurants and cafes will also captivate you. The apartment is located directly at the foot of the Gehrenberg on the outskirts of Markdorf. It is freshly and modernly prepared, fully equipped and very spacious with 40 sqm. Extensive hikes and bike tours can be started directly from here. Distance only 15 minutes to Lake Constance.
