Der Ortskern von Warthausen liegt ca. 1km entfernt, wo Sie auch einen Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bäcker mit Kaffee, eine Pizzeria und ein kultiges Restaurant befindet. Der Bahnhof ist ebenfalls leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Parken kostenlos im Hof.

The apartment is on the 1st floor of our single-family home, which is located on the outskirts and is very quiet.  In the spacious kitchen there is a table with 2 benches, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee filter machine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub. The toilet is separate.  In the bedroom is 1 double bed (1.80 m) and enough space for a baby crib. In the living room is a cozy seating area and another French bed (1.40 m).

The apartment is in a very good location. The market square is a 3-minute walk away.
