Well-kept, bright 7-room attic apartment in the listed Old Mill of Neckartenzlingen, right on the Neckar. On 150 square meters, up to 13 people can enjoy the beautiful view and location of the special property. The house has been renovated and refurbished in style since 2015. Technically, everything is up to date. The rooms are all lovingly furnished. Nice apartment in Leinfelden-Echterdingen. With elevator and underground parking. The apartment is a 4-minute walk from Echterdingen S-Bahn (city rail) station (S2, S3). From here, it takes 2 minutes by S-Bahn to get to the trade fair /Stuttgart Airport or 25 minutes to get to the center of Stuttgart without changing trains. Bakeries, shopping and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance. The entire apartment is equipped with floor heating.
