Monica is a very warm person who made me to feel home from the very first minute. Her hospitality is amazing and so is her flat. It is very well decorated, spotless clean, a fantastic bathroom, top standard. If I had know all this in advance, I would have stayed longer than one night - there will be a next time :-)

Everything was perfect, Monica and Bau make you feel like at home, the apartment is very nice and clean, pleasant breakfast in the morning for you. The area is quiet, good to have a nice sleep after a long journey in a comfortable bed. There is a bar ad some small shop in a few steps distance. Very easy to get there from the highway. The parking in front of the house. I can only recommend.

... dopo una giornata di intenso lavoro, quello che desideravo era trovare un ambiente tranquillo e confortevole. Ho potuto pure parcheggiare l'auto direttamente fuori casa ! L'abitazione è calda, pulita e silenziosa. Monica è stata molto cortese nell'illustrarmi gli ambienti e nel preparare un'ottima colazione. Simpaticissima e mai invadente la presenza di Bau, il cagnolino di casa.

The apartment is very clean and spacious. Everything is brand new. It is comfortable for 4-5 people. The neighborhood is rural and quiet and the house is easy to find with gps. There is a grocery shop in 3 min walk. For restaurants you need to take a car. Luciano is a friendly and knowledgeable host and we enjoyed staying in his apartment.

This place is amazing. It was spotless- we felt like the first people to have ever stayed there! Luciano was great met us, even helped carry our luggage in! Beautiful views of surrounding mountains. Luciano has thought of everything- even had a Trento pass for us that got us into local attractions! Sparkling wine and chocolates were over the top!!! If you are going to Trento you have to stay here!!

A perfect place to stay in Trentino! The apartment was very modern, clean, safe and comfortable. The view from the big balknoy was breathtaking. Luciano and his wife are very friendly and nice people. They told us a lot of tipps from the local area, best places to eat, visit and spend time. The highlight was the Trentino-Card which they organised free of charge for us. With it we were in Trento-center in 5 minutes. We had a wonderful time there and we would like to come back soon.

We got a large private apartment equipped with many useful devices (e. g. TV, refridgerator, deep freezing refridgerator, washing machine, dish cleaner, oven, baking oven, smoothie maker). Free Wi-Fi was provided and worked well. The host was very friendly and took time to answer all questions before check in and was always available for further requests. The location is wonderful because of the mountain view, silent environment and fresh air because of the elevated level in the hills. We recommend this apartment to all who intend to stay short and long term.

We had a great time at Emanueles appartement. It is very clean and comfortable. We were 6 people and had a big garage for our Motor bikes. We felt welcome all the time. I highly recommend the place and will visit it again. Thanks to our great host.

Most amazing stay! I've stayed at dozens of Airbnb's, hotels, and apartment homes. But, I've never experienced such amazing hospitality. Emanuele communicated great, and when we arrived, showed us around, and the next morning took us around the town on a tour and showed us the places to rent skis and buy food. He even chatted with the locals and got us some discounts at the rentals! He was super attentive and kind. We chatted about local organic farming and he brought up local Fuji apples to share other us! We loved being here and felt so much at home. We are looking for our next opportunity to return!

We all had an amazing time at Fai della Paganella! Emanuele is a perfect host, he and his lovely wife made us so welcome that the memory of the trip will always stay with us. From the moment we arrived until we left if was fantastic. We were there for the skiing - our children (9 & 6) were learning so Paganella was great for this. They were actually taught to ski by Emanuele's cousin which makes the trip even more special. We jumped on the free bus at the top of the street each morning for the 5 minute trip to the ski lift. We also walked back one day after a full day on the slopes (I carried my skis so it's not too far - took 15 minutes). The accommodation is faultless - as lovely as the photographs suggest. As the whole building was refurbished recently it is immaculate and the views are stunning. A few evenings we walked to the local pizzerias for some classic meals...finished off with some local grappa! Next time we go we may consider the free bus from Milan Bergamo airport (!)(with ski pass) as we didn't really need our hire car at all. There's a small grocers shop in the square 5 mins away - I reckon all your needs could be met in this shop (food, wine, souvenirs etc). All our family highly recommend staying at Emanuele's - the children want to go back already ("great for children" my daughter says - as there are swings in the garden!) Book it - you will have a holiday to remember!

Diese Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sie ist sehr wohnlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt und mit allem, was man braucht. Die Aussicht auf die Berge ist herrlich und der Garten ist toll. Das Trampolin haben die Kinder sehr genossen. Wir haben sehr schöne Wanderungen in die umliegenden Berge gemacht. Auch der Gardasee ist noch gut zu erreichen und lohnt sich immer für einen Tagesausflug. Fai della Paganella ist ein sehr schönes kleines Bergdorf, überhaupt nicht touristisch. Emanuele ist ein super Gastgeber. Sehr hilfsbereit, er konnte uns tolle Tipps geben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!

Enrico was an amazing host and was always readily available to give us a hand such as offering rides or giving us basic info about the transports. His home is really clean and the room was well ventilated.

Enrico was the best host I've ever had. He was so accommodating and friendly and even got us Guest Passes for Trentino which was unbelievably helpful for navigating around without a car. He gave us advice on hikes to take then mapped out the busses we would need to take to get there. He had the best breakfast and chatted with us about Lord of the Rings and Game of Thrones. BEST AirB&B experience ever! Plus Verla is incredibly beautiful. The flat we stayed in was beautiful itself and was so well kept. I wish we could've stayed longer!

Fantastic place for visiting Trentino. Enrico was very helpful and cheerful. View from the terrace was breathtaking. Flat is very clean, good organised and beautiful. Kitchen is fully equiped, especially with lot of biscuits. Lemon cake for a breakfast was delicious. I felt there like at home or even better :)

Enrico is a wonderful host, very friendly and considerate. The accomodation is indeed fine. It is a very nice room. I enjoyed sitting at the balcony-terrasse with the view to the church and the mountains. Everything very clean. I do for sure recommend this location and come again when in the area.

We only spent one night on our way through and did not need nor exspect much. Nevertheless the compfortable and big house with the nicely fitted private room, the very clean and tidy private bathroom and the warmth and frindliness of the host surprised us and made us feel very cosy and welcome. Liliana herself couldnt host us but had everything arranged for a very lovely friend of hers to host us. We had all the room we needed, could use the spacial kitchen und even got a very tasty breakfast. We liked it very much, thanks a lot!

I stayed at Liliana's beautiful apartment for two nights, and I should say it was one of my best Airbnb experiences. Everything is perfect with this listing: the apartment (it's really unique! You should see it to believe it), the room, the breakfast, the area, the host herself... Liliana is a very kind, helpful, friendly and responsive host. I could easily find the place. The region is one of the most beautiful places that you can possibly see in Italy. There are beautiful mountains, wine yards, lakes, etc. in the area and within easy reach (I was by car but it should also be possible without it; I should add that there are many parking spot available right in front of the building). About the apartment itself, I should say it is even more beautiful than the pictures! It's mostly decorated by Liliana herself and it's amazing! You have access to all the common spaces (living room, kitchen, etc) and you have your own private bathroom. And everything is super clean and spotless. The bedroom is quite spacious and very well equipped (TV, closet, etc) and a very comfortable bed, and a fast wifi connection which was very helpful as I needed to do some work remotely. There are windows on almost all the sides, with spectacular views on the mountains; even staying at home is enjoyable! The apartment is equipped with some modern heating system, making it really cosy! For the breakfast, a counter in the kitchen is dedicated to the guests and is always full of things to eat and drink, like bread, snacks, fruits, tea, etc (available throughout the day and not only for the breakfast). You are very flexible with the breakfast time and coffee is always ready! I was really feeling comfortable and like home in Liliana's place. She is really kind and hospitable; she even invited me for dinner one night and it was a great pleasure for me to join her and her partner; the food was great and I had a great time chatting with them. My biggest regret was that I couldn't stay longer! I hope I can go there again soon and of course stay much longer! I highly recommend staying at Liliana's place!

We had a great time staying with Liliana! The room and the private bathroom were perfect in terms of comfort and cleanliness. The location is perfect for a day trip to the Dolemites to go on a hike. Liliana is a great host who makes you feel welcome. When we arrived coffee & thea were made for us. Every morning, depending on the time we wanted to get up, breakfast was prepared for us. Highly recommend!

I spend 2 weeks at Liliana's lovely apartment and found it more than met my expectations. The room is large and sunny with 2 small balconies and a very comfortable bed. The private bathroom is well appointed including a washing machine which I was able to use. The kitchen was well equipped and Liliana provided a generous choice of breakfast options. Liliana is a very friendly and interesting person and despite our limited facility in each other's language, we spent a pleasant evening chatting together. Unfortunately she was not able to be there for my whole stay but she left the apartment in the capable hands of a friend. I look forward to staying with Liliana again on my next visit to Lavis.

Liliana's home is very comfortable. The room has its own balcony and a beautiful view of th mountains. It's 5 minutes walk to the best gelato I've ever had too!

The room and apartment were exactly as described, we even had our own bathroom. Liliana was a lovely hostess, striving to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Homemade breakfast was included in the price. Will definitely come back in case I need to stay in the area again.

When we arrived Liliana told us how everything worked and was really kind. Everything was clean. The breakfast was very good. She said it was self service but everything was already there. The only thing we had to do was put on the fire for the coffee. Everything else was already done. She made us some lemon water so we had something to drink. We had a really nice stay and had a fun night together where we cooked and drank some wine! Would stay here again!

Dieses B&B ist eine fantastische Unterkunft am westlichen Rand der Dolomiten. Lavis ist ein ruhiger Ort im Norden von Trento, wo man etwas abseits vom Tourismus untergebracht ist. Für den täglichen Bedarf ist hier alles zu bekommen, für ausgiebigere Einkäufe ist das Zentrum von Trento sehr gut geeignet. Für mich war Lavis der perfekte Ausgangspunkt sowohl für kurvenreiche Motorradfahrten als auch erholsame Wanderungen in eine wunderbare, teilweise bizzare Landschaft. Beeindruckend ist die Unkompliziertheit der Menschen hier, die Sauberkeit der Umgebung und die Qualität der Gastronomie. Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft trifft genau zu. Liliana hat eine hochwertige Wohnung in einer gehobenen ruhigen Umgebung. Zimmer und Bad sind privat für den Gast, Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer mit Balkon stehen dem Gast zusätzlich zur Verfügung. Es ist unglaublich sauber, alles ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Unterkunft ist ein Ort, an dem man sich wohlfühlt. Hinzu kommt, dass Liliana extrovertiert, humorvoll, an Allem interessiert und sehr hilfsbereit ist, so dass es einem an nichts fehlt. Nach einem Tag voller Aktivitäten im Freien hatte ich immer das Gefühl, nach Hause zu kommen. Herzlichen Dank für einen wirklich angenehmen Aufenthalt. Ich werde wiederkommen. This B&B is a fantastic lodging on the western edge of the Dolomites. Lavis is a quiet location in the north of Trento, where you can have an enjoyable stay away from tourism. Shops for your daily needs are nearby, for more extensive shopping the center of Trento is very recommendable. For me, Lavis is the perfect starting point for both: curvaceous motorcycle rides and relaxing walks in a wonderful, partially bizzare scenery. The people around are uncomplicated, the cleanliness of the environment and the quality of the gastronomy are very impressive. The description of the apartment is very accurate and exact. Liliana has a high quality apartment in an upscale quiet environment. Your room and bathroom are private for the guest, living room and dining room with balcony are additionally available to the guest. It is clean, everything is lovingly and tastefully decorated. The flat is a cozy place, where you will feel comfortable. Moreover, Liliana is extrovert, humorous, interested in everything and very helpful; your stay will be as comfortable and amazing as possible. After a day of outdoor activities I always had a feeling of coming home. Thank you for a really pleasant stay. I will come back.

Michela was a very wonderful host and helped us with anything we needed. The apartment was clean and spacious and although the town was a bit desolate, it was exactly what we were looking for. Driving from the apartment to the next biggest city (Trento) was about 15-20 minutes. There is a little supermarket a close walk from the accommodation but for restaurants I believe you may need to drive or else it might be a long walk.

Lovely place with breathtaking views. Hosts were very nice and they even offered us to see their fields where they grow grapes, apples and other fruit. We also had the opportunity to listen to some stories from host's father and taste their wine. Worth recommendation, definitely!

It was a pleasure to stay in this marvelous spot. A thunderstorm made it even more cosy. The apartment overs wide space and a nice privacy. Even so not speaking English the hosts were helpful in finding a restaurant just a short drive away.

Michela and her family were great hosts. Michela was quick to respond and although no one in my party could speak Italian Michela's family was very helpful in helping us navigate the local roads. The house offers a breathtaking view and allows you to see a part of Italy you wouldn't otherwise see staying in Trento.

Rustic, but not lacking, beautiful mountain views and comfortable. Small town with basic amenities but close enough to all areas in the Trentino by car and easily accessible. Michela's family was friendly and attentive and would help whenever needed. Thank you Michela, Irina and Roberto.

Despite a confusing check-in and finding the apartment not cleaned from the previous occupants Michela and her family were very welcoming and made it up to us with a bottle of the family wine from their vineyards. The apartment itself is rather out of date and could do with a clear out and a deep clean, there was no wardrobe space for example and the towels were very old. Also the area surrounding the house is rather more built up now than in the photos although the view is still fantastic. All in all we had a good stay.

it was great staying with riccardo. as it‘s a bit tricky to find the place in the first place, riccardo helped immediatly and lead us to the wonderful and modern flat.

Riccardo's place is gorgeous! The apartment is very modern and has an awesome view. The host was very friendly. He always responded quickly and waited for us until late in the evening when we were stuck in traffic. His wife let us stay a little longer than usual in the morning- just as lovely. The little breakfast was already ready at the table. We highly recommend the location!

Apt is brand new and spacious, area is quiet , communication is super , riccardo is a gentlemen BUT ...... wifi was deficient! I did not get my work done and breakfast terrible just cookies cofee and milk ! No protein at all ! Anyway .... if breakfast and wifi is not a problem for you ..... that's a great place !

Riccardo è una persona gentile e molto disponibile, abbiamo risolto insieme una piccola svista in un lampo, senza creare disagi. Spero di visitare nuovamente la sua casa, è in una posizione splendida e davvero strategica se si vuole fare un salto in paese. Ottima posizione anche per visitare i ricchi dintorni. La casa è grande e spaziosa e arricchita con ogni comfort, la consiglio vivamente se visitate la zona. Un grazie a Riccardo e tutta la sua disponibilissima famiglia!

Riccardo ist wahnsinnig freundlich- ebenso seine Familie. Mit Rat und Tat stehen sie einem bei Wünschen und Fragen zur Seite und helfen gern. Die Ferienwohnung sieht vor Ort noch viel besser aus als auf den Bildern. Die Küche ist wahnsinnig groß. Das Bad ist top. Im gesamten ist die Wohnung wirklich toll. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Balkon. Unser Blick schwiff morgends wie abends über Berge und wunderschöne Weinberge. Die Landschaft ist malerisch und kann kaum in Worte gefasst werden. Man muss es erleben. Ich buche diese Unterkunft wieder, weil es hier noch sooo viel zu entdecken gibt!
