Within 6 minutes on foot in the center of Davos Platz with shopping, post office, bank, cafes, restaurants and Davos Platz train station. 7 minutes to the nearest Jakobshornbahn ski resort, 7 minutes to Bolgen (ski resort in the valley), 3 minutes to the cross-country ski trail, 2 minutes to the nearest bus stop, 2 minutes to the dam promenade on the Landwasser.

Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached all year round by the Albula cable car in 1 hour. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser viaduct, the symbol of the Rhaetian Railway, in "Park Ela" Switzerland's largest natural park with unlimited leisure opportunities.

(Für Deutsch: please scroll) Rustic, quietly located house where you hear the sound of rippling water, from the Chummerbach and from a small source next to the house. Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

Die Wohnung liegt zentral, keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Davos Platz, der Jakobson Bahn, der Bolgen Plaza. Ein Spar befindet sich gleich gegenüber, weitere diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Coop und Migros sind problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar, die Bushaltestelle ist ebenso gleich vor dem Haus, diverse Restaurants und Bars sind in Gehdistanz erreichbar. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Parkplatz Nr. BH2 in der Tiefgarage für einen PW von max 1800 kg Gesamtgewicht (im Preis inkl.).

Davos-Sertig, vacations in nature

Our house is secluded in the quiet nature reserve in the Sertigtal. In winter, it can be reached directly via the black-marked deep snow slope from the Jakobshorn. In spring, summer and fall, it's great for biking. Hiking trails and cross-country ski trails pass by the house. The bus station is at the bottom of the house. Since Davos is a spa town, a visitor's tax must be paid. This is 5.90 per day per person 12 years and older. The visitor's tax is collected on site at check-in.

Away from the hustle and bustle and yet close. Newly renovated studio for weekends, short or long vacations, mushroom collectors, train lovers.... In 5 minutes to the post bus and shopping, farm shops around the corner. Kitchenette with dishwasher and oven. 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed. Washing machine for shared use for a fee by arrangement in the main house. Parking: for loading and unloading at the house, free parking 5 minutes away. Pets welcome if they are cat-friendly.

Mountain Shack

The small and rustic tiny house is right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The accommodation has two floors with a double bed, shower, and toilet on the second floor. The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. To get into Davos, the bus stops conveniently in front of our house, and will bring you back here regularily. Bus fare is included with guest cards.

Davos Glaris vacation home at the foot of the Rinerhorn

A new apartment in old walls awaits its guests. It is located directly on the Landwasser. The Rinerhornbahn and Davos Glaris train station / bus stop are a 2-minute walk away. Small but nice! Centrally located, but absolutely quiet. The studio is newly built and furnished. The room is bright, with a beautiful view of Brämabüel and Jakobshorn. The comfortable sofa bed can be opened and closed with a handle, so that a comfortable and cozy living room is available. A coffee maker and kettle are available in addition to a stove with an oven. Microwave and freezer in a separate room. The garden can be used.

Sunny apartment with nice views. Children and compatible pets welcome. 4 bedrooms, a living room with balcony, kitchen and bathroom with bathtub/toilet. On our terrace there is an outdoor hot tub for 5 people available free of charge. The Jacuzzi is on the patio of the house, which is shared by you and us. To get there, you have to climb a few exterior stairs. Enjoy undisturbed relaxation with stunning views!

Our house and apartment in Davos Wiesen have been newly completed this spring. The house was designed and built with a lot of love for detail and consideration for a pleasant living environment. The spacious 2.5-room apartment with its own entrance and seating area is available to you alone. The parking lot has an electric car charging station.
