Hayloft barn is in a lovely barn conversion. Based on the edge of the village with country walks on the doorstep one way and a great country pub within walking distance into the village. It has a fully open kitchen and lounge with a dishwasher. Great garden space and a bathroom up stairs and down stairs. We have the River Trent also nearby with brilliant river walks and fishing. A short drive away is the historical town of Southwell or not far is Newark. Southwell Racecourse is nearby as well.

Welcome to Manor Cottage Barn. Situated in the quiet village of Averham just outside of Newark Upon Trent in rural Nottinghamshire. The barn itself is an 18th century chapel and barn combined and was fully restored in the 90's. Inside there are two large rooms, one comprising of a lounge area for guests and a private workshop area dedicated to picture framing. The other is a Bedroom, kitchen and dining room with a separate Bathroom. *This is a no smoking anywhere including outside home.
