The space is recently renovated and the furniture restored with the technique of skating. It accommodates 5 people and is suitable for families or groups of friends. It has air conditioning, solar water heater for hot water during the day, free WiFi, TVs in all rooms, fitted kitchen and cabinets fully equipped, and autonomous heating with radiator for winter guests. It is located 5 minutes from the sea and the center of the area.
