La Bergerie a été entièrement rénovée dans un style traditionnel. Le Laurier et 3 autres gîtes (Thym, Romarin, Mûrier) bénéficient d’une entrée séparée, de la climatisation réversible, d’une vaste loggia avec une vue magnifique et tout le confort moderne. En commun, piscine (14x7) ouverte de mai à septembre, ping pong, baby foot dans un cadre calme et verdoyant. Les propriétaires, présents occasionnellement, occupent une partie privative de la bâtisse avec un accès totalement indépendant.

Located on a quiet country street with surrounding houses, the view remains unobstructed. Hiking trails within walking distance, Vidourle and greenway just minutes away.

Pleasant quiet house

Beautiful 190 m² family house for eight people, quiet and not overlooked, in the small village of Vestric-et-Candiac (birthplace of the Marquis de Montcalm). Enclosed garden with unfenced 9 m x 4 m swimming pool (depth 1.40 m) secured by an alarm (non-swimming children must remain under surveillance) and summer kitchen equipped with a plancha. Closed parking for four cars is available for your use. We prefer to rent from Saturday to Saturday for summer periods.

Our gîte is located in the center of the charming village near Sommieres, Vergeze and Lunel at the gates of the Camargue, less than an hour from the Pont du Gard and Uzes, between Nîmes and Montpellier, close to the A9 highway. It can accommodate 5 people. It is located in the backyard of a village house in Gard stones where we live. It is nicely equipped, charm, comfort, peace and quiet are waiting for you.
