It offers all the comforts of a luxury villa. 5 minutes by car to Ayayorgi beach clubs. 2 minutes to Çeşme town center It is 15 minutes from the center of Alaçatı. There are exercise equipment and a jacuzzi in my house. The windows overlooking the pool offer you the opportunity to take beautiful photos.

Our Blue Flag TEKKE beach is a 1-minute walk away. Your #separate entrance# 1+0 room, located on the garden floor of the villa where we live, is 40 square meters. Your room has a private kitchen and bathroom. Since we only rent out the room on the garden floor of the villa, there will be no other guests besides you, and you have exclusive use of the garden. There are restaurants, entertainment centers, and the marina within walking distance of our house. Alaçatı is a 15-minute drive away. Your room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. We have free parking.
