You can cycle between the rose and asparagus fields, through forest and nature reserves on quiet roads and paths. The apartment is suitable for couples, business travelers, and families. There is wireless TV.

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Vacations, trade fairs, business trips, small photo shoots (only on request), weekend getaways... Do you like the other, special things? Then we're on the same wavelength. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

Good transport connections to e.g. Duisburg, Venlo, Düsseldorf MESSE, Neuss. 1 combined living room/bedroom (140cm bed), 1 hallway with wardrobe, 1 bathroom (shower, toilet) and 1 kitchen (all things for daily use available). The door is lockable. 1 office chair for home office can be provided. There is 1 small table with 2 chairs in the front garden. English and French spoken. Welcome!

Signal Tower City

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

Smaller semi-detached house near the city center (4 people)

There is only cold water in the kitchen; warm water can be fetched from the bathroom right next to it. The apartment is quiet and centrally located, with a magical bathroom including corner bathtub, underfloor heating and towel rail heating. There is also a free parking space right next to the apartment (please drive slowly because of our deaf cat) and access to the garden. The bed is 1.40 m wide and the extended sofa bed is 1.20 m wide. WLAN and LAN are available.

We offer a modern furnished bungalow exclusively for guests. The bungalow is 62qm large, has a private entrance, private garden and pour on the cozy charm. Due to the quiet locaion you can relax in the living room with TV, kitchen and dining area. You can make yourself delicious meals in the equipped kitchen. Thetwo seperate bedrooms have very comfortable box-spring beds. The small bathroom is suitable for senior citizens with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

Die Unterkunft bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen (2 Schlafzimmer + Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa und Eckcouch). Auch für Einzelreisende geeignet. WLAN, Parkplatz, Waschmaschine und Kaffeemaschine sind vorhanden. Auf Wunsch stellen wir ein Reisebett und einen Hochstuhl für Kleinkinder zur Verfügung. Ideal für Familien, Paare oder kleine Gruppen.

It has two single beds, a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. You can watch TV or play darts.
