Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

Great barn apartment in former vineyard

Our barn apartment with great beds from great-grandmother's time is equipped with a cozy sitting area, 2 TVs and Wi-Fi. In the bedroom, 3 people can stay overnight, plus 4 guests in the living room. (Double bed 2 × 2 m and pull-out sofa 120 × 200). The kitchen invites you to cook. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The apartment has its own entrance. You will stay alone very quietly in the barn directly by the garden. Our wallbox in the yard ensures the greatest refueling comfort of the electric car.

We are delighted to offer you our newly equipped apartment. It is located in our two-family house, in a quiet residential area in Mainz-Bretzenheim. You can reach your cozy accommodation via a separate entrance. Our house is 300 meters from the bus stop to the city center, which can be reached in seven minutes. The university campus is just 800 m away, as is the stadium. The university hospital can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. Very good highway connection, Frankfurt/Airport

Enjoy life in this quiet and centrally-located accommodation in the middle of Rhine Hesse. The 108-square-meter ground-floor apartment, in a 2-family house, offers plenty of space for up to 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms each with a 140 cm x 200 cm bed and in a passage room to the living room, a sofa bed that can be converted into a bed. The house is on a quiet residential street. Nevertheless, the apartment is very central, so that you can reach the grocery store, etc. on foot.

Fantastic living and sleeping in Nierstein a.Rhein

The apartment is close to Nierstein train station. The Rhine promenade and the city center can be reached in a few minutes on foot. A 20-minute walk and you are in the old imperial city of Oppenheim, which is worth seeing. By train you can get to Mainz in 20 minutes. You'll love the place because of the cozy atmosphere, the comfortable four-poster bed, the fully equipped kitchen and the large bathroom. The place is particularly good for couples, solo travelers, and cyclists.

The Worms water tower is considered one of the most beautiful water towers in Germany. On the first floor, it offers a luxurious small city apartment (approx. 80 m²), which surprises with original round arches and plenty of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. You can have a cultural, sporty and/or romantic vacation. But business travelers will also find the opportunity to work online in peace and relax in a spacious ambience in the evening.

On about 45 square meters, it is time to arrive, sit back and relax. You will stay in the heart of Rheinhessen in beautiful Harxheim - a pretty vineyard village at the gates of Mainz. The apartment is part of our single-family home, has a separate entrance and a private parking space right by the house. We renovated our basement apartment in 2020 and refurbished it with a lot of love for detail. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed.

Welcome to our stylish 63 m² apartment in Nieder-Olm, ideal for feeling good. You can expect a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and an additional sleeping option for children on an air bed. A fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, a sunny terrace with seating, Internet and a private parking space are available. For guests with e-cars, a wallbox is available, charging is possible at a fee of €0.39 per kWh (billing according to consumption)

The apartment in the heart of Zornheim is 55 square meters and suitable for max. four people. It is located on the first floor of a two-family house and consists of a living room, a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a hallway with a wardrobe and infrared/heat cabin. The apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2018. The landlords live upstairs. Note: Non-smoking apartment. Pets not allowed.

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.
