During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. We have stylishly decorated the 2nd floor of the former Pastorie. The total area is about 60 m2. The apartment has 3 rooms, a large bedroom, a bathroom with bath/shower and toilet. A large living room with kitchen and a luxury 2-person sofa bed. Our guests are allowed to use the front garden. Cities such as Leiden, Zoetermeer, The Hague, Amsterdam and Rotterdam are easily accessible. You can enjoy hiking and biking. Breakfast is only possible in exceptional cases.

The apartment has its own entrance, bedroom with a double bed, living room with open kitchen (sleeps 2P) sofa, bathroom/toilet with lovely shower. A roof terrace. The wagon shed is located on a former farmyard near Leiden, the sea and lakes. It is a beautiful green area with a forest in the backyard and 10 minutes by bike to the heart of Leiden city center and 15 minutes by car to the sea. Furthermore, it is located between Amsterdam and Rotterdam and 10 minutes drive to The Hague. The location is amazing. Our guests can use 1 parking space on the property. Parties and pets are not allowed.

Tiny House 'Jolie'

Ons tiny house 'Jolie' was een voormalige paardenstal. Deze hebben wij in 2021-2022 omgebouwd tot studio en zijn wij sinds augustus 2022 klaar om u te ontvangen! De stad Leiden, het Katwijkse strand en het Valkenburgse meer kunnen gemakkelijk met de fiets ontdekt worden. Het is mogelijk om bij ons een fiets te lenen. In de studio ligt een boek met allerlei tips over de omgeving. U kunt ons altijd vragen naar meer informatie.
