In 2018, we bought our dream home. During the complete renovation, we decided to furnish the extension as a guest house. We are proud of the result and would like to share it with you! The apartment is luxuriously and cozily furnished with as many original materials as possible from the old house. The garden will delight you with its own private terrace and sunbathing lawn. Located in the middle of the polder with unobstructed views, yet Middelburg and the beach are always close by. The boho-chic decor and characteristic atmosphere make this the perfect base for exploring beautiful Zeeland. The house has been completely renovated and equipped with modern luxury, while the authentic elements have been preserved. The house is directly adjacent to the large garden.

Water lily lodge is located in a wooded area near a beautiful pond in the garden (5600m2) of a residential villa. A romantic weekend getaway, relax and experience the silence on our floating terrace or relax in the Hot tub or Barrel sauna (use free) Luxurious decor with all comforts. The lodge is on the edge of a nature reserve with many hiking and biking routes. The historic cities of Bruges and Ghent and also the coast are nearby. Here you can retreat after a wonderful day in the beautiful city center of Middelburg or after a day on the Zeeland coast. This spacious room was completely renovated in 2020 and has a spacious bathroom with bathtub, kitchenette, sitting area and lovely bedroom. Furthermore, you can use free Wi-Fi. In the center of Middelburg is this apartment overlooking the iconic abbey tower. It has its own entrance and is located above our lunchroom, which is open from 10 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. The apartment is completely private and suitable for 4 people with the possibility of a 5th person. There is a bedroom with separate sink and built-in closets and two sleeping lofts with a height of 1.80 meters. This is ideal for children, but also suitable for (young) adults.

Welcome to the apartment in our 1930s home in Vlissingen. Relax and unwind in this stylish and fully furnished space. Separate bedroom and spacious bathroom. Including linens. You can prepare your breakfast and other meals yourself in the fully equipped kitchen area, and there is also a balcony where you can relax if the weather is favorable. Close to Boulevard, beach and dunes. 2 km to the Westerschelde ferry and 6 km to Middelburg.

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

This new accommodation is tastefully decorated. Bicycle distance from both Vlissingen, beach and Middelburg. Close to NS station Oost Souburg in a quiet residential area studio suitable for 2 people. All comforts equipped with a cozy private garden. The sleeping area is upstairs, which can be reached via a fixed staircase, so it is unfortunately not suitable for the disabled. With private parking and electric charger for your car.

Cozy vacation cottage 5 km from the beach

A really cozy cottage with a garden. 5 km from the beach! That, together with a supermarket and bakery 250 meters away and other shops around the corner, plus being located in a quiet village between Vlissingen and Middelburg, makes it an ideal vacation spot. There is free parking at the door. The cottage is part of a double house in a street in the village. Bicycles are available for rent 300 m from the cottage.

Between Middelburg and Vlissingen is our newly built detached guest house, Studio Abeele. The location has a kitchen with bar table and sitting area, sanitary room with shower and a spacious sleeping loft. There is underfloor heating and floor cooling in the summer. You have access to a sunny terrace and lawn. Parking is available on the premises or for free in the street.
