Jim and Anne Marie were very welcoming, kind, and hospitable hosts. I very much enjoyed getting to meet them. They were very helpful at helping me figure out transportation as I wouldn't have a car and offered to help me out. Very lovely people!

Great place to stay. Clean and well maintained. Great host that are willing to help you with things to do and places to eat. On a lake with a great view. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay with them very much and we will stay there again if we go up again.

Don and Kami’s place is amazingly clean, quiet and cozy. It is close to all kinds of amenities, which I hope to explore on another visit, and major freeways to make getting around super easy. They are lovely host/hostess and made me feel very welcome in their home.

One of my better stays that actually had host and/or people living at the home...was able to book and get communication the same day with only hours til arrival and the place was ready, clean, and quiet

This is a great AirBnB is a quiet neighborhood. The room I stayed in was large. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the use of the full kitchen and the other common spaces. It was also nice to have a conveniently located washer and dryer on the lower level. The house is in Maple Grove, a western suburb of Minneapolis. Initially, I was concerned that it was too far from Minneapolis and St. Paul. But the location was so convenient! Easy access to major highways and both Interstate 94, 694 & 494.

It was a very nice and clean place. Comfortable accommodation with a very nice king size bed. David was an awesome host. Quick to response. I would recommend this one. Very good overall and great price.

I arrived around 5pm and was greeted by David at the front door , he was very nice and friendly . He showed us around , in which It was very clean and comfy . I have twin toddlers, they were allowed to make Noise w/o any complaints (so that was a plus). He also left a snack for my sons, that was really appreciated.

The reviews I read said that David is an excellent host, and he lived up to the expectation! He was very courteous, kind, and respectful. The space was clean and very comfortable. He even thought to include personalized touches like including a package of animal crackers in his hospitality basket, since he knew our toddler was traveling with us. Definitely recommend his room as a cozy space to stay!

Kathryn has a nice, private suite in a very secure location. Very clean and well cared for home. Easy to get to and close to many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The location is fantastic! It’s not far from many shops and restaurants. There is great onsite parking. The home was sparkling clean. The decor was warm and inviting. Kathryn is extremely pleasant to work with, has timely with responses, and is a wonderful person! I definitely recommend staying here!!!

For the price you cant beat the value!

The space was perfect for my fur baby and me! We appreciated the flexible check in since we didn't get in until later than we planned. Also the backyard and land behind for my dog to sniff and explore. The TWO TVs had access to hulu which allowed me to catch up on one of my favorite shows- such a nice touch. Definitely would visit again when we are in town!

Private driveway & house in a quiet neighborhood near restaurants & amenities. Worked well for my husband, cat & me. Deb was very gracious in allowing us to come a day later & stay a day longer due to airline delays. Deb responded very quickly to our texts.

This cozy home is an absolute delight! It's in a great location, and Deb is an excellent host. The neighborhood is very quiet and I had a restful stay. I really felt like I was at home even though I was traveling for work. Book it now!

Great location. Marsha & David offered a well stocked mini fridge and soaps galore. Blow dryer and fluffy towels.

6 stars.. David and Marsha are simply amazing. They provided more than I thought of ending up returning a few things I bought. I mean they had lotion for eczema type skin. Very accommodating and simply great hosts.

David and Marsha were very welcoming and made everything feel like home. Especially with the banana bread touch. They had a very VERY cute and friendly pupper! Next time I'm in the cities I will definitely try and book this place. They even hooked us up with some local coupons!

If you’re looking for a nice residential neighborhood to make your home for your trip this is the perfect place. It’s close enough to everything you might need day to day and also close enough to whatever attractions might have brought you to southern Minnesota. This Florida family had a wonderful time

Rusty and Donna's home was perfect for our family of four! This was our first visit to MN and we focused on fun winter activities at Elm Creek Reserve, which is so close to their home! The house has a great layout for folks to spread out with its living room upstairs and second living area downstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you might need for cooking. The beds were all so comfortable and the linens were soft and warm. We loved watching the squirrels and birds out in the snowy backyard from the warmth of the kitchen. We enjoyed family time watching movies in the upstairs living room and just being able to hang out with each other. Their home is in such a convenient location, with restaurants and stores (including Target) just a few minutes away. Highly recommend their house for your next Champlin stay! This place is just lovely. It's cozy and inviting. Close to anything you need in Maple Grove and easy access to the Twin Cities. Rachael is very responsive and made everything so easy for us. The guest suite is sparkling clean, filled with natural light and comfortable. Five members of my family stayed and we had plenty of space. Highly recommend!

She has all you need but yourselves. Plenty of room cozy fireplace. Can't wait to come back and use the pool. Very clean and games for kids. Highly recommended

I wouldnt recommend anywhere else. If you need a place to stay and still feel safe then this the place for you. Cozy and spacious. Very friendly and helpful. If you have question she is quick to answer them. Another successful stay.

Rachael puts super in superhost. The Red Fox Den is the coziest place in Minnesota. Her place is sparkling clean and very comfortable. Just minutes from everything including some great fishing. She went out of her way to answer every question I had and her recommendations were spot on. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

It's cozy, warm and spacious. Home owners are sweet. Will talk to you if you want. Able to do laundry if needed, you can store food and there is a microwave. Rachel is a awesome host. Highly recommend!

Nice place

If you are traveling with children this is the place to go!! The backyard is amazing with a swing set, trampoline and picnic table. Our 4 kids loved the house, indoor koi pond, piano, toys and bunk beds. We had everything we needed at all times. We had a 5 day vacation of a lifetime thanks to Si and our home away from home! This house won’t disappoint!

Perfect place for our family Christmas gathering. Spacious and clean with all the necessities of home. Family loved the coy pond. Will keep in mind for a summer gathering which the huge outdoor spaces would accommodate nicely.

We are now Facebook Friends and connected on WhatsApp. Their private apartment with private bathroom was bright, clean, fully equipped with strong Wifi and Cable TV. I truly enjoyed my stay and they made it feel like I was 'Home'. I highly recommend!!!

At Evolve, you get all promised plus honest home owners. I lost my wedding band, they found it and mailed it to me. Our house looked like it was ripped out of a home design magazine. The house was cleaned, smelled good and just beautiful. I will leave my ABnB search to Evolve. Thanks.

It was very nice to find a place in northern Minneapolis that had both a bedroom and a bathroom for all four of the parties in our group — and was spacious to boot. Exactly what we needed!

Me and my family absolutely loved the space - very spacious and convenient, particularly with the number of bathrooms available. Kim, our host, was very welcoming and flexible. We had left a couple of things, including something valuable, at the house - and she accommodated my request of looking for them after we had checked out as well as helped with the search. I had my family visit Minneapolis for the first time, and I am so grateful that they had a wonderful stay and experience here. Price was definitely on the higher end for us, but we felt it was worth it because the space is more luxurious than other airbnbs and is perfect for groups reuniting for special occasions.

We had such a great time here during our short stay. Elisa was great at responding quickly and providing our needs even before we had asked. Place was lovely, location was lovely. Would definitely come back here again.

We stayed at Elisa's place with three people for a weekend and were very happy with our decision. Elisa is a very nice person and her apartment is very clean. We had absolutely no problems with sharing some rooms with her (bathroom, living room, kitchen). She wanted us to be as comfortable as possble and the communication with her worked out very good. We can totally recommend her as a host! Apartment is about 15 minutes from downtown.

Great host, great location with easy access to downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul. Highly recommend for anyone coming for any local sporing event, college visit or a general visit to the Twin Cities. Host is prompt to answer any question. I would definitely stay again upon a return to Minneapolis in the future.
