Auf dem möblierten Balkon kann man den Tag mit einem Frühstück starten oder gemütlich ausklingen lassen. Bushaltestelle, Apotheke, Eisdiele, Metzgerei und 2 Bäckereien mit Frühstücksangebot sind in nur 1-2 min zu erreichen. Auch Monteure sind willkommen.

Unsere Einliegerwohnung wurde 1/25 renoviert. Abtsgmünd liegt an der Bundesstraße 19 im Kochertal zwischen Aalen und Schwäbisch Hall. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe , Stellplätze vorm und neben dem Haus.

Roof terrace (approx. 28 m²) with two sun loungers, a table group and great views! Please note: there are no 3 separate sleeping options. For three people, two must sleep together in the double bed. The sofa is unsuitable for sleeping.
