Casa Malrotti - 18th Century house salt water pool

Overlooking Roero and Langhe Hills, Casa Malrotti is elegant, while relaxed and homely. Homely because it is our home. We live in a part of the property with separate entrance. We love having people come to enjoy the house and gardens and meeting new people from all over the world. Situated with its back to the village of Govone, the only views are that of nature giving you the best of both worlds. Sauna and Hot Tub available all year with salt water pool open in-season (April - September).

Casa Emy is a quiet apartment surrounded by nature just a few minutes drive from Alba. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house with a garden. Casa Emy offers a large kitchen with a living room that has direct access to the garden where it is possible to have lunch and relax in the greenery, a comfortable bedroom and an independent bathroom, furthermore the house also offers a covered parking space. It was the first elementary school in Monticello, the home of Maestra Bice, a house full of history. The house has 3 bedrooms with double bed and each its own private bathroom (whirlpool tub and whirlpool shower) and balconies with wonderful views of the Langhe and the Alps. The house includes a well equipped kitchen with the possibility to dine or have breakfast on the patio terrace. It is 9 km from Alba and 8 from Bra (no public transport), everything is close by car.

The "Casa da Gio '" was born during the lock-down. The house is very central about 30 m from Duomo and has a free reserved parking space in the large internal courtyard. Is perfect to discover the historic center with its architecture, squares, wine bars and restaurants that make the capital of the Langhe unique. You will then have a supermarket 15 m away.
