Very bright, comfortable semi-detached vacation home with private wooded garden, recent veranda and garden furniture on the west side. Work carried out at the beginning of 2024: creation of a 2nd bathroom on the ground floor with toilet and the 2 bedrooms upstairs are no longer in a row but separated. Near Fouesnant Bénodet Beaches, sleeps 4/5 people, 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed and bay window and 1 bedroom with bunk beds 140 cm at the bottom, 90 cm at the top equipped with bathroom + toilet. House and garden totally independent, no sharing except parking.

My house (historic and family-owned!) in Ste-Marine: Ty Plouz, nicknamed “Le Paradis” by friends, right on the waterfront with a magnificent sea view and direct access to the estuary. Please note that sheets and towels are not provided by default, but if you send Tetyana a message, she can take care of it (price: €25 for the queen-size bed, €15 for the small bed, including a bath towel).
