NICE HOUSE NEAR RADE DE BREST

A short distance from the city of Brest, stay in a nice house ideally located in the harbor of Brest Finistere visit and enjoy activities such as water, swimming and hiking on the coastal paths. The airport is 8 km and the train station 6 km. The town of Relecq Kerhuon is also very well served by expressways RN RN 165 AND 12. The recently renovated house is equipped to accommodate 4 people. It has an enclosed garden and is situated in a popular and close to shops and large surface area. The beach is within walking distance as is the Spadium park, swimming pool and leisure pool complex, the marina and Oceanopolis. The GR 34 passes the house. PENTY DE KERAMEN

Small fully equipped penty with garden and terrace in a quiet village. Ideal for 3 hosts but possibility to add a bed (BZ in the living room). The cottage is 5 minutes from a small cove where it is nice to bathe. Nearby you can enjoy several hiking trails between the countryside and the seaside. The Plougastel peninsula is ideally located to visit both the south and the north Finistère (10 minutes from Brest, 45 minutes from Quimper and 50 minutes from Roscoff...)

My accommodation is close to public transport and Brest (10mn).Located on the edge of the harbour, it has a breathtaking sea view and a serene calm, direct beach access, direct access to the surrounding pedestrian paths, a garden lounge area attributed to the studio on the ground floor. This studio located in my garden is independent of my main house. You can benefit from a covered space to store your "nautical " materials if necessary.
