L'Angolo di Casa Verrua is located in Piazza Gran Madre di Dio in the Borgo Po district, a short walk from the city center. The apartment, with great views, is located on the second floor (staircase with elevator) of a historic building and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. The building is on the corner of the pedestrian island of Via Monferrato, full of shops, clubs and restaurants. Public parking is available for a fee in Piazza Gran Madre and nearby. The supermarket is a few meters from the house.

Designed for families, suitable as the starting point for a thousand and one excursions in the Park, it is a treasure trove of relaxation surrounded by nature.

"La Casa dell 'Arco" takes its name from the entrance arch, a typical element of the architecture of Frassinetto, which characterizes this historic house. Its oldest core dates back to the 13th – 14th century. The unit is made up of three rooms with attention to detail to rediscover the warm atmosphere of the alpine houses. The living room with a sofa/bed and fireplace precedes the kitchen and to complete a beautiful room with shower and a comfortable and equipped bathroom.

My grandparents' house is located in the hamlet of Alpetta, within walking distance of the heart of the Soana Valley. On the mezzanine floor, it consists of a large and sunny kitchen living room, a large bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The accommodation overlooks a large terrace in full sun all day, where you can relax and socialize with guests from other apartments in the house. The apartment is equipped with a TV, fridge with freezer, oven, and pellet stove.

We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.
