A stylish converted barn set in the grounds of a Georgian Lodge within the South Downs National Park. Conveniently located close to the picturesque market towns of Alresford, Petersfield, Alton and historic Winchester, it is an ideal base to both explore Hampshire and kick back and relax in luxury.
Rustic luxury is the barn’s style; whitewashed timber walls, heated oak floors, industrial iron Nkuku lighting and furniture sit comfortably alongside crisp White Company linen, feather duvets and generous sized pillows. Relax and restore after an action packed day with Neal’s Yard toiletries and fluffy towels. Comfort is key. Ideal for couples, friends and solo travellers alike with the option of a super king or twin beds. A Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and fridge are all on hand. A complimentary breakfast of granola, yogurt, fruit, fresh bread and jam is on offer or a more substantial breakfast hamper is available at an additional cost on advance request. The Barn is equipped with the usual mod cons with TV, Chrome Cast, WIFI and Sonos Music System. There are Sweeping views from the bedroom french doors up the field where the majestic Redwood Tree and often Pheasants, Hare and Roe deer can be seen. You are free to explore North Lodge’s paddock to visit North Lodge’s chickens and there is a footpath off the property over fields from which you can walk to the famous “Pub with no Name” in just under an hour.
Petersfield, Alresford, Winchester & Alton all nearby. Within easy reach are Jane Austen’s house at Chawton (4 miles), Gilbert White’s House (6 miles), The Grange Opera at Northington and National Trust property Hinton Ampner. The pretty Georgian market town of Alresford is worthy of a visit for it’s wealth of independent shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as the Watercress train line, but it really comes into it’s own during May’s Watercress Festival. Historic Winchester is 15 miles from the Barn, which not only boasts one of the largest cathedrals in Europe but museums, theatres, art house cinemas, a diverse choice of bars and restaurants and fantastic shopping. Easy access to the New Forest, the Chichester Coast (West Witterings, Hayling Island), Goodwood, means there’s no shortage of things to do. If you enjoy walking or mountain biking you can join the 100 mile ancient South Downs Way at West Meon, Old Winchester Hill and find more stunning walks along Hangers Way heading towards Petersfield. There is a footpath off the property over fields from which you can walk to the famous “Pub with no Name” in just under an hour. Queen Elizabeth Country Park offers white knuckle mountain biking trails for the adrenalin seekers.
  • What a fabulous little place this is and what lovely hosts Emma and Sam are! I cannot recommend this stylish little lodge high enough, it’s very comfortable and spotlessly clean and there are so many lovely little touches that make it feel like a home away from home. The location and scenery are also gorgeous. Thank you for a lovely stay :-) xx

  • Cosy, chic room, lovely green views, and such a big comfy bed - a plus for a light sleeper! Breakfast was tasty. We tried one of the nearby pub recommendations, Thomas Lord, and had a delicious meal.

    Vicky2020-03-13T00:00:00Z
  • What a quaint and stylish place! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area or people who would like a quiet weekend away from London!

    Stephanie2020-03-09T00:00:00Z
  • This is a lovely spot. Great location. The barn is gorgeous and Emma and Sam’s attention to detail makes it just perfect. I’m going to miss the delicious breakfast spread, Sonos speakers and relaxing bath tomorrow in London... Thanks for a fab stay. Anna

  • Highly recommend - clean, beautiful design, thoughtful touches like the delicious breakfast & local area info. Really enjoyed dinner at The Thomas Lord pub. Thank you for a perfect stay!

  • This is the most stylish and best value Air BnB I have stayed in. It was the perfect location to chill out and unwind for the night. Emma was so welcoming and was really flexible with us even letting us check in a tiny bit early. We completely had our own space and felt like we were in the middle of nowhere - just what we wanted! The barn was spotlessly clean, so beautifully finished and Emma left some delicious cakes and stuff for breakfast. The Neals Yard toiletries were gorgeous and a nice touch! For dinner we went to The Pub With No Name. Would recommend for hearty pub meals - we had the fish pie and lamb hot pot. Both hit the spot! Already thinking about when we might be able to escape for some children free time to the Barn again. Thanks so much Emma.

Dairy Cottage was a former milking parlour. We stopped milking cows in 1992 and converted the building into a self catering holiday cottage. The cottage is situated between the Cathedral City of Winchester and the market towns of Alton and Petersfield. Nearby is the pretty town of Alresford where the River Arle flows into a lake constructed to provide fishing as well as a reservoir for the River Itchen navigation. There is a lovely short river walk here which we're happy to tell you about.
Dairy Cottage is self catering and situated in a quiet farm yard. There is ample parking which is private and not visible from the road. We have a variety of hens which sometimes roam the premises but are always shut away in the evenings. We do sell free-range eggs so please don't hesitate to ask - £1.20 per half dozen. We have a friendly cat, Simba who loves to meet and greet guests but will keep his distance if dogs are present. Please refrain from feeding him but feel free to give him some attention, he loves people! Occasionally we have cows and calves staying in our fields. I'd be here all day if I mentioned the wild life that stops by.
There is a small community run village shop and post office within a 10 minute walk. We have a lovely Thai restaurant 1.3 miles from the cottage. Also in the village is a small playground, football and cricket pitch. Alresford (4 miles) has many lovely coffee shops, 5 pubs, take-away establishments and lots of small independent shops to browse and indulge in. Four Marks (4 miles) has 2 very small supermarkets, a fabulous bakers, chemist a couple of take-away establishments/eat in, amongst a few other shops. If you like to walk you might like to find the hidden church in the woods. It's about a 6 mile circular walk. Or for the more serious walker there's a 13 mile hike to Winchester on footpaths and only crossing two roads. Fabulous views along the way especially once at the Matterley Basin. I prefer to walk back from Winchester to home as less steep inclines.
  • Great cottage lovely hosts recommend to anyone

    Paul2020-03-05T00:00:00Z
  • It’s a very lovely cottage with a very very nice location. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

    Els2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Dairy Cottage is a lovely little place for anyone to stay in. Its's cosy and warm in the winter and cool and sunny in the summer. Plenty of room for all. Great little cupboard with jigsaws and games, large tv with Netflix. A beautiful bunch of tulips sat on the table in the lounge and fresh eggs, milk and a crusty loaf in the kitchen. Tea and coffee ready to be made by yourselves on arrival after a long or short journey. What more can I say. The hosts Catriona and her husband Malcolm are around if you need them. If you want to go walking, or visit local attractions or towns nearby this is the place to be. The Watercress Railway Line is a very short drive away or a good walk, well worth a visit. the trains go to Alresford platform 2 or to Alton platform 1. A great day out. Go on try it for yourselves, the whole experience Dairy Cottage and the Railway.

  • We’ve just spent a lovely New Year break at Dairy Cottage, the space was perfect for meeting up with family-huge lounge & comfy beds. Even managed a woodland walk nearby with beautiful views across the countryside. Very thoughtful & friendly hosts and our kids loved talking to the hens!

  • What a delightful find. This little annexe was just perfect for our weekend away. On a cold blustery day of arrival, the pre lit log burner by Debbie was such a welcome sight. Some nice touches left for us in the fridge too. Very comfortable bed and living space for relaxing during our cosy evenings with a bottle of wine. Debbie is a wonderful friendly host with good communication. We’ll definitely be back.

    Barry2020-03-02T00:00:00Z
  • Debbie is a lovely host, very helpful with thoughtful touches. Our dog really enjoyed his visit with some nice walks nearby.

    Suzie2020-02-27T00:00:00Z
  • Debbie was a wonderful host ~ excellent communication and a really warm welcome for a perfect stay. Lovely location and the lit fire on arrival was greatly appreciated. Very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and a tasty breakfast for the morning.

    Mandy2020-02-26T00:00:00Z
  • Debbie’s place is beautifully set out and warm and clean, with useful items such as a microwave and mini fridge, but it’s little touches like the lemon muffins and berry compôte, and the the relaxing, comfortable decor, that made this such a lovely place to be.

    Helen2020-02-21T00:00:00Z
  • Really nice cosy space, very welcoming. Comfortable, warm and lots of nice little touches - excellent tea/coffee facilities, nice range of breakfast cereals and fresh milk and fruit in fridge. Highly recommend!!

    Ellen2020-02-20T00:00:00Z
  • A lovely stay at Debbie’s place. Beautiful location, when we arrived we saw 2 deer running in the field opposite. Great little touches like the chocolate chip shortbread biscuits that Debbie had left on the side for us, tea and coffee supplies and cereals for breakfast. We ordered a takeaway from the local Indian restaurant which we really enjoyed 😊 the walk into Alresford took about 40 minutes and was lovely and the town itself is very cute with lovely little shops and places to eat and drink. We will definitely be back and will recommend to family and friends.

This little retreat offering CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST is situated within the walled garden and is adjacent to a charming footpath which leads to the old Church of St Johns where the famous Thomas Lord, founder of the Lords cricket ground, is buried. The barn consists of a large airy room with dual-aspect windows, complete with a charming private en-suite with bath and hand-held shower. A comfy, French-feel with the door leading to a pretty cottage garden for you to relax and make yourself at home.

We are within walking distance to the beautiful Old Winchester Hill and a well known disused railway track which is a 24 mile round trip, walking/cycle path from West Meon to Wickham, an absolutely fabulous day out, with some lovely watering holes en route!
  • Lovely cosy and in an idealistic area. Beautiful inside and out, a lovely deep bath and even a pretty garden to view. Marvellous food at the nearby pub. Highly recommend.

  • The room is set in a beautiful village and is perfectly placed to get out and about to enjoy the wonderful countryside. The room is immaculate and clean, the bed comfortable and the little extras such as fresh milk, bread croissants etc make it superb. The bathroom gives a choice of bath or shower, and the whole room is well furnished with everything you need. Bernadette is an amazing host. Very quick to respond, and very helpful with any queries or questions. Makes some great recommendations for dinner etc so if you have never visited before then you will always get good advice and maximise your stay. I really enjoyed my stay here and would certainly recommend to anyone else.

My husband and I live in the house with our two young children. Our home backs onto the Watercress Steam Railway Line - train enthusiasts will love hearing the train pass and seeing the steam... Four Marks & Medstead Watercress station is just a 10mins walk from our home where you can see steam trains passing. Jane Austen’s home in Chawton is 5mins drive away. We are located on the edge of the South Downs 30/40mins from larger towns (Farnham, Basingstoke, Southampton and Winchester).
Our house is situated in rural Medstead village, on the edge of Four Marks village with easy access to the A31 Winchester Road. We are 5mins from Chawton village (the home of Jane Austen) & 10mins from Alton Market Town and station. We live in a newly built house, with open, quiet space to the front of our house and a large garden to the rear which is not overlooked. The room is a spacious double bedroom with a king bed plus an en-suite, looking out to the rear of the property towards the steam train line. Included in the room is a small convenience fridge, kettle with complimentary tea and coffee plus a hairdryer and a safe. WiFi is available for guests also. We also provide a basic ‘help yourself’ style breakfast which includes a selection of cereals and bread for toasting. We have local convenience shops within a 5minute walk plus a range of takeaway options for dinner. Guests are welcome to use or kitchen to eat dinner if they use the takeaway options. There are other dining options a short drive away.
We love living in this area, based in a rural location with a few small shops offering essentials close by. We are lucky to have a range of places to eat in the evening close by including a Curry, Chinese, Fish and Chips and Kebabs. There are also a range of restaurants and pubs within 10/20mins drive which are often recommended. There are a number of independent cafes within a short walk or a longer hike (depending on your preference) which are excellent. Some of these include Loaf, Garthowen Garden Centre Treetops Cafe & Nosh. An adjacent village, Chawton, was the home of the Author - Jane Austen. You can visit her home and garden. Chawton house is also open for visits. Central to the village is an old English pub and a tea room to offer a variety of refreshments. Selborne is a 20minute drive away, the old, quaint village of Gilbert White. Other local attractions include: Alice Holt (biking, running, walking trails including the Gruffalo and Zog trails) Birdworld Marwell zoo Winchester Science museum Lavender Fields Hattingley valley wines Lasham gliding Triple F Brewery with a bar (in walking distance 5mins) The area is a great stop off spot for commuters and we also have local businesses operating in the area, such as Blindingly Simple which offers courses for home furnishing (10 min walk).
  • Being a recent new build, the single room with en-suite facilities is just what one could want from a relaxing stay. The family are lovely and welcoming too, and door service from one of the youngsters was a lovely touch. The views from the room are superb and it was great to hear a Tawny Owl at night.

    Matt2020-03-18T00:00:00Z
  • A warm pristine and very comfortable stay. All directions and amenities were; available and to hand. Couldn’t have wanted for anything more. Lovely quiet room perfect for a good overnight rest.

    Kiran2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • Very near to Chawton so great for visitors looking for Jane Austen. A lovely room well appointed with tea making facilities and en suite.

  • We had a great stay at Lara's beautiful house. The room is very comfortable, cosy, and full of light. Everything is absolutely spotless! There's even a breakfast which is always a big bonus. Thank you Lara for the vegan milk and butter! Highly recommended.

    Greg2020-03-03T00:00:00Z
  • Having never stayed in someone's home before as we generally book a suite or annex we were uncertain but Lara and her family were welcoming and lovely. The room is spotless and comfy, a continental breakfast was laid out for us to choose from. We would love to stay there again if we are that way. Definitely reccomend these hosts and there home.

    Tina2020-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • Really nice place, thanks again

    Elliott2020-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • I needed a place close to Winchester for work, Lara’s place was just what I needed with a lovely en suite and plenty of extra amenities you wouldn’t necessarily expect (mini fridge, tea making facilities etc.) Nice quiet location, easy to get to from London. Would stay again!

This pretty king sized bedroom is on the first floor of our family home with en-suite shower, toilet and sink. The bed can be split into a twin if this is preferable. There is plenty of space to hang your clothes, a TV and provision to make tea and coffee.  We also have a king and a double sized bedroom listed as 'Great king/ensuite in Four Marks' and 'Kingsized room in Four Marks' if you require any additional rooms for your booking.
Now the last of the children have left our family home, my husband Roland & I thought it would be fun to try Airbnb. Having experienced some great hosts ourselves we will endeavour to ensure we give the same experience to our guests.
Four Marks has a few shops including a Tesco's Express, Co-Op, BP garage/M&S and a few independent shops which include a pharmacy, bakery, butchers and local park. We also have two Indian restaurants’, a fish and chip shop and a Chinese takeaway. Alton is a market town 4 miles away that has shops, banks and rail line direct to London (Waterloo) which is just over a 1 hour away and has links to all other destinations. Petersfield, Basingstoke and Alresford are approx. 15 - 20 mins drive away and both old market towns and they have a lovely selection of restaurants, independent shops and a few chain stores. Petersfield has a direct train line to Portsmouth giving easy access to the Historic Naval Dockyard (this is about 40mins drive from us). We are in beautiful the South Downs National Park, and in easy access of some historic villages such as Chawton, which is a delightful English village with many period houses including Jane Austen's House and the Chawton House Library - which is open to the public. Selbourne also has Gilbert White's museum. If you can jump in the car there many pubs and restaurants in the surrounding towns and villages and we are happy to recommend a few places if required.  The Grange opera is 10 miles away and Hinton Ampner – National Trust house and gardens is only 7 miles away. If you like walking, road biking or mountain biking we have some lovely walks and trails, country lanes etc.

  • Excellent choice for anyone looking for excellent service and amazing hospitality. Fiona and Roland were very accommodating, especially when we checked in late. The room was very clean and well designed, with a view of a beautiful garden! 10/10 would stay again!

  • I was travelling for work and requested an early check in/late check out, Fiona accommodated this no problem. Fiona and her husband were so welcoming and their house is beautiful. Great location and easy to find, plenty of parking. Room was really spacious and lovely ensuite. I would definitely recommend and stay again, thank you

    Nick2019-10-24T00:00:00Z
  • Fiona and Roland accommodated us very last minute again. They are both exceptional hosts, very warm and welcoming. The room was clean, tidy and ready for us. My partner didn't even make it through one of her favourite programmes - she was sound asleep and didn't stir through the night. A very good sign to show how relaxed we felt. Once again, thank you Fiona and Roland for looking after us. We really enjoyed your company. Xx

    John2019-10-16T00:00:00Z
  • Fiona, Roland and Sigournay - you are absolute legends! Once again our hosts accommodated us at really late notice. Roland and Fiona were on a date night and made arrangments through their daughter Sigournay. A very smooth operation indeed! Communication was prompt. Our hosts are approachable and couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was comfortable. We had a warm welcome from Sigournay who made sure we had everything that we needed for our stay. Parking is on the driveway, plenty of space for our big car and within seconds of the front door. We stayed in a different room to our first stay. Again it was clean. Plentiful items for hot drinks were available (with mugs and teaspoon) as well as glasses and bottled water. The sweet treats were very welcome too. The bedroom looks large in the photos - it is even larger in reality. Plenty of storage for all our suitcases and rucksacks. Lots of surface space at a good height for putting our gadgets on. Great TV reception which was a good distraction for my partner who was able to relax to her favourite programmes after a long day at work. Plenty of sockets, conveniently located to charge up our mobiles. Broadband is excellent and consistent. All the required information for connectivity is at hand and clearly stated in the listing too when one has booked. Local tips and taxi firms are also provided. The bedroom faces the beautiful garden - very quiet and calm. The bed is very comfortable with a medium firmness to the mattress. Another good night's sleep was had by both of us. We couldn't get up for work - or in my case - I didn't want to get up for work. The ensuite shower room with WC is very clean. The Mira electric shower is powerful. Shampoos, body washes, ear buds, 'lady items' etc were also provided - everything and more for those little emergencies! We met the other guest but didn't hear him or when Roland and Fiona returned - no disturbances during the night. Another relaxing stay! Thank you Fiona, Roland and Sigournay for making our stay comfortable again. You are fab hosts. Extra tip for other guests: we had an enjoyable and hearty meal at the Saffron Indian restaurant which is minutes away by car - reasonably priced and excellent service.

  • A great value rental located in a quiet village outside Petersfield. Communication with the owner was simple and efficient, check-in was straightforward, the accommodation itself was fresh, stylish and excellent value for money. The fact that dogs are welcome is a huge bonus and there is a dog proof garden. I would definitely recommend it!

  • We had a lovely stay in Froxfield, the accommodation was really nice and cosy with everything we needed, storage space was great too! Having your own private garden space is very helpful if you have a dog or want your own outdoor space, this was a huge bonus for us! It is very easy to find the airbnb with fantastic links into Petersfield as well as the surrounding bike trails and walking routes onto the South Downs. We highly recommend this place and it is perfect for anyone who likes to be outside.

Beautiful barn space in the heart of the Hampshire countryside situated on the edge of a village. On the first floor there is a UK Superking bed which can be split into twin beds at £10 extra cost, a table for two people and shower room. Breakfast items such as fruit, yoghurt, bread for toast, jams, honey, marmite are provided along with tea and 'real' coffee. ** Although there is a small kitchenette, there are no cooking facilities for hot food preparation **
The barn at Lyfield house sits in its own space in the driveway of the main house and boasts the best views of the whole property. There is a king size double bed made with crisp white cotton sheets and an en suite shower room with fluffy bath towels. Being completely separate from the main house means you can relax in total privacy. There is a tiny kitchen where you will also find breakfast staples such as tea, coffee, sugar, honey, marmite, and cereal and on your arrival the fridge will be stocked with butter, milk, jam, juice and pastries so you can enjoy your breakfast in your own time and at your own pace. The kitchen is equipped a small fridge, a kettle and a toaster. The hob is not for use by guests so hot food cannot be prepared. There is a hair dryer, unlimited wifi and a television, a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board are available on request. There is a gym downstairs which can be used by arrangement and at your own risk - I'd always go through machine instructions before use. The tennis court outside can also be used by arrangement.
Medstead is a thriving and large village with a pub and a village shop hosting a post office. Nearby are the larger towns of Alton and Alresford which boast a beautiful Georgian high street and niche shops. We are close to Lasham Gliding and the Jane Austin sites and are only 25 minutes from Winchester.
  • Gorgeous barn in a lovely location, very clean, lovely host thanks for a great stay Juliet. Great for a walk around the area too.

  • This is a lovely place to stay: clean, new and fresh. Juliet left us breakfast things which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. There are no cooking facilities, but there is a kettle and there are lovely places to eat nearby. The Globe in Alresford had great food.

    Luci2019-12-09T00:00:00Z
  • The barn is stunning, situated in beautiful countryside surroundings. The bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever stayed in! It was easy to get to and Juliet was very informative and helpful. I only went for one night but in future I will stay longer!

  • My Husband and I had a super mini break in this wonderful barn. A compact but beautiful place to stay. Immaculately clean throughout. Bed was very comfy. We had everything we needed. Breakfast supplies were plentiful muesli, cereal, bread, fruit, yogurts, fruit juice etc. Shower was wonderful with two different size shower heads. Radiator/heaters were very effective on a cold winters night. Views from the barn were amazing looking over the countryside. Juliet was extremely helpful and prompt with her replies before our stay. We cannot recommend this place highly enough if you are looking for a mini break and some piece and quiet away from it all. Thank you Juliet it was absolutely perfect in every way.

  • The barn is cozy with beautiful touches throughout, with a really comfy bed. Juliet was really helpful with local tips and places to dine, would definitely array stay again.

  • Juliet's place is outstanding. So stylishly decorated, comfortable and spacious. The barn is within a beautiful estate and the views are really special. We stayed for a wedding in the local area so really just needed a bed for the night but we wished we'd stayed another night! Everything was thought of and nothing too much for Juliet. A home away from home. We hope to return very soon. It was also very good value too. Thank you!

    Charlotte2019-11-16T00:00:00Z
  • Juliet met us on arrival and was very friendly. There is plenty of parking space and it is a beautiful rural location. Juliet gave us with tips for some great local pubs and provided us with bread, milk yogurt and fruit for breakfast. The barn itself was immaculate and very stylish. Very good value for money and lovely stay. Thank you.

This chocolate box 16th Century Grade II listed cottage, the oldest house in the village, is chocca-block full of history. Most famously it was home to the Archbishop of Canterbury, Queen Victoria's right-hand man, who not only christened and crowned the Queen but then went on to marry her to the love of her life, Prince Albert. Full of the character you'd expect from such an old property yet with just the right degree of up-dating to give you a comfortable stay: the perfect country retreat
For anyone who likes a quirky cottage with nooks and crannies and heaps of personality this is the perfect setting for you. Because of it's age it does have some unusual suprises - the small opening into the upstairs bathroom or the spiral wooden staircase leading up to the main bedroom - so if you have any mobility issues or very small children who like to climb the stairs this may not be ideal! For anyone else, this makes an idyllic romantic getaway with everything you should need for a very comfortable stay. Set on the edge of the idyllic village of Ropley it is situated in the middle of the famous Pilgrim’s Way, and as such is surrounded by a multitude of wonderful walks, whether through fields of sheep and cows or taking the footpaths through the corn fields directly to the side and for miles on end. The village is picture-perfect, offering a great local shop just one minute's walk away, stocking all you'd need for your stay plus some wonderful 'Cook' ready-made meals to pop in the oven. There is a cricket club with tennis courts and cricket pavilion bar a short walk down the road and numerous beautiful pubs a quick five-minute drive away. As well as all the gorgeous old beams you'd expect to find in such an historic cottage, the main sitting room (of two) also boasts a large inglenook fireplace with a wood burner to keep you warm in winter (there is also an original bread oven sitting within the bricks of the fireplace - though not to be used these days!) The famous 'Watercress Line' runs past the village - an old steam train you can hear chuffing away as it travels past. The surrounding countryside and villages are all well worth visiting, particularly the gorgeous Georgian town of Alresford which is only a ten-minute drive away. With pretty pastel-painted houses and independent shops plus a wealth of wonderful pubs and restaurants to choose from, Alresford is one of the prettiest towns around. Situated on a picturesque river, the famous Globe Pub is a fantastic setting for your evening beer.
Ropley is the quintessential English Village with gorgeous thatched cottages, a beautiful old church (dating back to the 12th century) and surrounded by breathtaking Hampshire countryside with sweeping patchwork hills and fields. Apart from the amazing village shop acting as the centre and the hub of all the local chatter, Ropley also benefits from having a buzzy cricket club and bar to while away the evenings (after a quick game of tennis of course!). The beautiful Georgian town of Alresford with its pastel-coloured shops and cottages is only a five-minute drive and Winchester with all its history and wonderful Cathedral only ten minutes away. The sandy beaches of West Wittering are a 45 minute drive and well worth a visit on a sunny day. There are numerous stables nearby for anyone wanting to book in some horse-riding and a book-full of wonderful local walks for those who prefer to stay on the ground!
  • A beautiful, historic and quirky place to stay. A great spot for lovely walking and relaxation. We really loved the wood burning stove. We’d suggest purchasing wood from the local shop. Great hosts, keen to help and make us very welcome.

    Jeff2019-10-25T00:00:00Z
  • What a unique and magical place to stay x the upstairs is definitely a true hobbit house!! once you master navigating the low access between to the rooms though the accommodation is really snug and cosy x the new kitchen to the rear of the house is a fabulous space and the living room a journey back in time with the large inglenook fireplace x the Cottage is ideally located for exploring all that the beautiful surrounding area has to offer including the Watercress Line and Jane Austen’s house and the city of Winchester x we greatly enjoyed our stay at this special cottage x

    Caroline2019-09-29T00:00:00Z
  • We absolutely loved our stay at this gem of a cottage. It’s such a gorgeous house with so much history yet it has been developed so beautifully that it feels extremely comfortable and luxurious and is perfect for a country get away. The village is so pretty with the local shop selling everything we needed plus wonderful local produce so we hardly needed to go anywhere else for our groceries and the scenery all around it is spectacular. The walks all around the cottage were amazing and go on for miles. We could have stayed for weeks and still not have covered them all - plus the local town of Alresford was picture perfect (we loved sitting by the river with our pints at the Globe Pub too!) We’ll definitely be back again! Highly recommend it to all - though I would rather keep it to myself! Thanks Henrietta and Jim

We’re lucky enough to live in one of Hampshire’s most scenic areas, in a county renowned for its rolling downs, chalk streams, beautiful beaches and varied history. Our luxurious self-catering holiday cottages enjoy a peaceful setting on the owners working farm in the hamlet of Ramsdean, within the heart of the magnificent South Downs National Park. Hampshire really does offer some of the best walking country in England, and there are many pub’s to stop by and enjoy some local food, beer and wine! Hampshire has a rich history. Named ‘Jane Austin country’, you can visit many of the national trust properties that inspired her novels, and even visit the house where she wrote them. The historical Naval Port of Portsmouth (within 30 minutes drive) has many museums tracing our history from Henry the VIII’s Mary Rose to the modern Royal Navy. The medieval city of Winchester, which is home to King Arthurs round table is also just a short drive away. Whether you’re looking for solitude in beautiful hill country, interested in wildlife watching or interested in the history, our self-catering holiday cottages are perfectly situated for all these and more.

New for 2020. The Horse Hut is nestled in the corner of ‘horse feild’ where the farms shire horses once roamed. Look out over Hattingley valley across to the vineyards and enjoy the beautiful countryside. Take a bath on the veranda or watch the sun set from inside next to the log burner. The horse hut was originally on a lorry and was used at polo and shire horse shows now converted to luxury accommodation maintaining its horsey heritage.
  • We were met on arrival by Ralph who showed us round, The Horse hut is amazing, everything you need is there, it was really quiet and peaceful you can hear the birds singing and see the stars at night. The outside bath is a lovely touch still managed to use it in March. Four Marks is near by for essentials Grocers, butchers, bakers and tesco. The Yew Tree is a lovely old pub not far away had a couple of excellent meals there, plus wine tour and tasting at Hattingley just up the road from the pub. Lots of towns to visit all just a short drive away. We visited Winchester and walked to the viaduct, Marwell Zoo, Aldershot for banger racing and enjoyed the sunsets from the bath. Would love to return some time, can't recommend highly enough.

  • Thanks for a lovely stay, comfortable, clean and beautifully presented. The walk into New Alresford was easy and pleasant despite the rain, and The Globe (which is the nearest pub) was friendly, warm and served good food. • The Old Forge was perfect! It was spotless and seemed like new and Kim has thought of everything. We’ve stayed in many a smart hotel (for work) and this is comparable to a small suite with a kitchenette. There was milk, bread, cereal, tea, coffee etc, dressing gowns and toiletries too. We had a delicious brunch at Nosh cafe, a good Thai meal in nearby Alton and a good walk at the Devil’s punch bowl, about 30mins drive away. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Warren Farm is 2 miles from Alton, which is famous for the Watercress Line steam railway and the home of Jane Austen. We are also on the edge of the South Downs National Park and within easy reach of Winchester and the Historic Dockyards and ferry terminals in Portsmouth. The Stables has it's own entrance from the beautiful garden room which adjoins our barn. There are country views and footpaths if you are feeling energetic! We look forward to welcoming you.
There are seating areas in the garden and the garden room which guests are free to use but these are shared with us and occasionally our grandchildren too. With only one close neighbour we are situated in the beautiful north Hampshire countryside. It is a quiet rural area but guests should be aware that, although well screened from the road, traffic can sometimes be heard but is not continuous. We have a no smoking policy both inside the Stables and in all outside areas.
Within easy reach there are good country pubs that offer excellent food and drinks. Closest is The Sun at Bentworth while the Yew Tree at Wield and the Royal Oak at Lasham are a little further. Lasham is home to one of the largest gliding centres and is only 5 minutes drive.
  • Second stay here and was just as brilliant as the last time, Suzy really goes the extra mile, the stables are super clean and homely and in the perfect location for a relaxing break. Would highly recommend

Garden Cottage, a detached converted barn, is an ideal retreat for 2 plus 2 people. Situated next to the 18th century farmhouse at Abbotstone, it offers the opportunity to enjoy the quirkiness of a rural setting with the modern comforts, style and charm of a property completely renovated for modern living. The guests can enjoy the shared but secured garden at all times.

  • .... Warm, welcoming, clean, characterful and beautiful; deep white towels, starched bed linen, under heated oak and stone floors, heavy linen curtains, wall hangings, antiques, chocolate brownies and other thoughtful touches, what more do you need for a luxurious, rural retreat! We used the cottage as a base for events in London and Winchester, both destinations were so easy to get to from the property. The setting is stunning and we’d love to visit again .... when it eventually stops raining! Many thanks 😊

Wig wam with hot tub and a cosy wagon. lovingly crafted to create a truly unique and relaxing space. Beautiful views can be enjoyed from the Wagon with star lounge, from the hot tub or when relaxing next to the fire.
Some people paint, some sing but this is my creative canvas! With no time scale or budget the aim was to build something awesome! With an upstairs star lounge you can relax and watch the world go by whilst the vinyl spins. The sunken hot tub with jets and underwater lights is heated by a log burner, watch the flames flicker as you relax. Keep the TP closed up and cosy or throw the door wide to let the outside in. The TP toilet with wine corks on the walls (not all ours-Honest!) and saloon doors. Enjoy a camp fire and BBQ whilst soaking up the view over the fields. Dine at the table made out of a tree infront of the huge window. A double shower so you don't ever have to be apart!
  • The wagon is so incredibly impressive, all the little touches make it all the more memorable. And it’s true what they all say, it’s even more amazing in real life, even better than the photos! An absolutely amazing weekend away. A few tips are: it’s very remote so definately a good idea to have a car, bring food and drink supplies and there’s no hairdryer.

  • A little slice of heaven in the idyllic English countryside - we stayed there a week and cannot wait to return! Unique, charming, a true one off find. Feel very lucky to have found this place :)

  • It’s exceeded expectations, the place was absolutely incredible and the quirky details totally made it. Its the perfect romantic getaway!

  • We had an amazing stay at Ralph’s place. The wagon and wigwam are incredible and perfect for the ultimate relaxing break! The wagon was lovely and cosy despite it blowing a gale outside & the small touches around the place including the wagon wheels and marshmallows made the stay even better. Thanks!

    Hannah2020-02-13T00:00:00Z
  • The place look incredible on the internet but it is sooo much better in real life, so secluded and divine.

    Lucy2020-02-12T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing place to stay! I took my hubby there for his birthday, we both enjoyed the experience! Peaceful, tranquil and just what we needed! Love all the little touches, and will diffidently be returning!

    Rachael2020-02-06T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay at the wagon and the wigwam was unforgettable. Even more impressive in real life, it was absolute bliss. Ralph and lucy have gone above and beyond to create a cosy and unique place with so much attention to detail, we enjoyed marshmallows on the fire, hot chocolate for breakfast and cooked pizzas in the oven. We spent the evening in the hot tub which had a beautiful log burner and felt more like a spa experience. Would definitely return and hopefully explore more of the properties ralph has to offer.

The wagon in the woods is cosy, bespoke and self-contained. Ideal for those who want an escape to the countryside. Features include a hot tub, double bed, settee, table, bath, toilet, basin, heating, cooker, fridge, beautiful views , covered outdoor seating area and camp fire with BBQ grill. Check in and out times are minimum if we can we will let you arrive earlier/ leave later.
The huge window floods the space with light. The bath is revealed by lifting a trap door in the floor at the base of the window, you can relax in a bath and watch the cows pass by. You have the seclusion of being in the woods but have an internal flushing toilet, hot water etc. The hot tub is situated next to the wagon fitted into a huge barrel. The hot tub heats up very quickly and runs all year. The main beam, and tables have been built from trees that came down in a storm a few years ago. We provide free bubblebath, wagon wheels, marshmallows and fire wood for a camp fire.
From the decking you can see the Hattingley Valley vineyard through the trees. The watercress train line runs along the valley.
  • Couldn’t recommend the wagon more. Beautiful location, cosy and amazing hot tub.

    Amber2020-03-07T00:00:00Z
  • A unique and beautiful place to relax and unwind! Lots of lovely little touches and despite the cold weather the Wagon was warm and cosy and the undercover area was a great space to cook and eat dinner.

Betty is a converted 1960's Horse Lorry. She has been refurbished to a very high standard and provides the perfect accommodation for up to 2 people. Surrounded by countryside and boasting stunning views Betty is a great place to stay.
Betty houses a double bed above the cab, a kitchen area with all the essential kit, a fold down dining table and living area with futon, woodburner and TV. The bathroom is a short step across the deck and is home to a freestanding bath with shower, a loo and a basin. The underfloor heating keeps the bathroom cabin toasty all year round!
  • What a unique and fun stay! Would highly recommend for a couples retreat to the country

  • Amazing break! Beautiful place will be back again soon

    Stephanie2020-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • Cosy, calming and perfect for a winter get away. Thank you. We will be back to experience the van in summer.

    Megan2020-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • What a wonderful stay in a quirky place! Firstly, Betty is placed in a wonderful area so calming and private with lovely green views. There is everything you need, a fully working toilet, bath, stove, oven and hot tub! (Which I thoroughly recommend no matter what time of year) there is no WiFi but there is service so if you need your daily phone fix you’ll be fine, however part of the enjoyment is relaxing with no internet. The truck stays toasty warm with just a small fire, perfect for relaxing on the sofa with a glass of wine!! Didn’t manage to walk into east Meon due to weather/time of year but did drive and the walk looks gorgeous! Also fell in love with the little horses and runner ducks! I thoroughly recommend for anyone who needs a break from it all or who wants to fall in love with England again. Thank you so much for your stay, we’ll be back in summer to enjoy it all over again.

    Kasia2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • Betty is the perfect retreat, very comfy, so well equipped for cooking your own food. Very cosy with the wood burner and we loved relaxing in the hot tub in such beautiful peaceful surroundings. Would highly recommend!

    Rachel2020-01-27T00:00:00Z
  • The most wonderful place to stay. Cosy, quirky, private and with an incredible view. Couldn't have asked for more from Betty. During our stay the weather was terrible and we were almost pleased for it, as it gave us theperfect excuse to just stay cosy in Betty with the fire on! A real gem.

    Lucinda2020-01-12T00:00:00Z
  • Loved the hot tub, warm bathroom and unique idea of a converted horse lorry.

    Verity2020-01-06T00:00:00Z
  • A great little country stay - we loved it. You really need to have a car to stay here as it isn’t close to any amenities and the hot tub is an extra charge to use.

A beautifully converted, luxury holiday cottage for two, tucked away in the small hamlet of Woodcote, between Winchester and Bishop's Waltham, in the South Downs National Park.
Exceptional one bedroom, self catering accommodation in a stunning rural setting (in the South Downs National Park, an area of outstanding natural beauty). Perfect for a romantic break, away from the daily hustle and bustle but still close to towns like Winchester, Portsmouth and Southampton. Medieval market town Bishop's Waltham is nearby with a butcher, greengrocer, bakery, the best coffee in Hampshire, a traditional sweet shop, 2 supermarkets as well as countless independent shops, pubs and restaurants.
  • Very cute and cosy cottage! Home from home!! Complimentary goodies were a nice touch. Such a comfy bed, best ever! Great location to explore the south coast and lovely local walks! Very quiet area in the middle of nowhere 🙂

  • Super modern space with plenty of walks from the doorstep. Marian was extremely speedy with communication and offered lots of suggestions for local spas when asked. She also left some lovely cookies and gin which were much appreciated! The log burner was fantastic as we shut ourselves away to hide from Storm Ciara. Bathroom very modern and great shower. Large, comfy bed with plenty of storage space. Microwave oven super handy for any cooking, plus induction hob. Oil/salt/pepper provided, plus some orange juice and milk. Note bathroom is not ensuite but through the kitchen/living room. Had a very relaxing stay here.

  • We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely place. There is a wonderful pub in the village that we were able to walk to. Winchester is really close as well - and returning to the Woodcote Barn was really something we'd look forward to at the end of each day. Everything about it is so thoughtful, it seemed like there was always another detail we hadn't noticed. Highly recommended!

  • We are so pleased we chose the Stables for our first experience using Airbnb, Marian and Justin were incredibly helpful and the property was charming, cosy and clean with everything we needed. The location is beautiful and peaceful and it was the perfect place from which to explore Winchester and enjoy walks in the local countryside. We would love to stay again.

    Anna2020-02-01T00:00:00Z
  • The Stables is a lovely property in a great location. We stayed in January and it was so cosy and a great place to come back to after a day out. As mentioned by others it is very clean, well equipped and Marian has worked hard to think of everything with some thoughtful touches.

    Julia2020-01-24T00:00:00Z
  • Just returned from a lovely long weekend at The Stables. The space is thoughtfully arranged and super cosy, it has everything needed for a quiet getaway. The kitchen is stocked with the basics and pots pans etc so everything you need for nights in, and if you don't feel like cooking, the village pub nearby is great! There are books and DVD's on the shelves to entertain while sitting by the log burner. Loads of beautiful walks in the area and there is a detailed guidebook in the stables with tips and walks you can go on. The cookies and gin were a lovely welcome touch (though we were doing dry Jan, but I'm sure the gin was delicious!) . Marian and Justin are great hosts and were very communicative through the whole process, helping me with taxi numbers and weather tips. Thanks again for having us!

    Hannah2020-01-20T00:00:00Z
  • We stayd a week at Marians beautiful place and there was absolutely nothing to complain about. It was clean, cosy and the bed sheets where wonderful soft. A beautiful bathroom, nice kitchen and livingroom. Very thoughtful details when we arrived made us feel welcome. Also Marian and her husband are very friendly. We would absolutely recomend it to everybody who looks for a quiet place on the countryside with short distance to several excursions.

Full of charm and Georgian architecture, Alresford was Selected as the No 1 Best Place to live in the Countryside by The Sunday Times and Voted Country Life's 'Favourite Market Town in the south-east. It's easy to see why. Alresford is a picture postcard, colour washed Georgian market Town situated in the countryside just 7 miles from Winchester. Its specialist shops sell a wonderful range of beautiful gifts, homeware, antiques, wonderful food, and on trend clothes for all ages. Now the home of the Watercress Line steam railway, so called because of its association with watercress farming, in what is now known as the UK's capital of watercress. The town hosts the annual Watercress Festival in May attracting thousands of visitors each year. Alresford is the perfect place for strolling and there is plenty to please the eye - The Fulling Mill and Eel House along the riverside walk, St. John's Parish Church, the Millennium Trail and Old Alresford Pond, created by Bishop de Lucy, Bishop of Winchester, in the 12th century. Close by is Hinton Ampner House & Garden. For foodies there is a great choice of cafes, takeaways, pubs and restaurants including our favourite, the uber cool tapas bar, Pulpo Negro, recently awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand. And don't forget to visit the Watercress Line steam railway that runs from Alresford to Alton through 10 miles of beautiful Hampshire countryside There are plenty of walks, too, the best of which follows the ridiculously gorgeous River Arle located at the bottom of our garden.

This wonderful building, started in the 60’s by Edward Barnsley, was finished more recently and remains in the family. Adjacent to the Barnsley workshops, which remain operational to this day. It stands in the grounds of The Bee House, where poet Edward Thomas wrote many of his poems. The garden falls straight into the South Downs Hangars, with direct access to fantastic woodland walks with spectacular views, whilst minimal light pollution makes the night skies perfect for star-gazing.
The Folly comprises of an open plan living and kitchen area. In the living room there is a sofa bed that can be used as a double if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom has a double bed. The wet room has a shower, sink and toilet.
The Folly sits in the garden of The Bee House. Surrounded by woods which are part of the South Downs. There are many great walks that can lead to many great pubs. Our closest being The Trooper followed by The Pub With No Name. Froxfield village is also known as Little Switzerland. We are the highest village in Hampshire. Some mornings you can wake up and be above the clouds! Everyone who has stayed at The Folly regardless of the weather have been mesmerised by the view.
  • Sharyn's place is beautiful - we loved being able to sit and look out across the stunning landscape regardless of the weather! The breakfast had a great selection of options, there were fresh flowers in the kitchen, the communication and check-in was smooth and the kitchen was well-equipped. Definitely recommend!

  • Had a great time staying at the folly for New Years. The space is comfortable and warm and only a 10 minute walk from the local pub. The view is lovely and plenty of walks nearby to enjoy. Sharyn has thought of everything to make the folly a relaxing escape.

    Charlotte2020-01-01T00:00:00Z
  • Spectacular views, incredible hospitality and with everything you could ever need for a magical get away. The folly is top of our list after many years of staying in some really wonderful places on Airbnb. Sharyn went over and above to make our stay special. There is some thoughtful items in every corner and it was so nice to have local produce included so we didn’t need to bring food. Also I’m not sure if she will be annoyed at us for saying this but she arranged a surprise roast dinner all ready and left in the oven for our return after a walk. She offered to do this when my other half told her it was my birthday. What a nice smell to return to and the small detail of laying out the table, supplying a menu and choosing a super bottle of wine, all at a very reasonable rate. And yes let’s not forget dessert...wow !! A message to anyone considering this fantastic piece of heaven, do it !!Thank you so much for a perfect stay.

  • A very special place in a stunning location. Sharyn provided lots of extra touches to make a stay comfortable and interesting, such as binoculars, torches, local maps and guides, and mini Jaffa cakes! We hope to be able to return for a longer visit.

  • A unique setting and a very beautiful designed cabin. The Edward Barnsley furniture items are delightful. The whole place breathes style and comfort. Located near pretty Petersfield and a great starting point for hikes, such as in East Meon and Buriton. We enjoyed also the local pub Without a Name and good food and service in the Troopers Inn. Sorry we had to leave after three days... Sharyn made us feel totally at home by giving us exactly the privacy and assistance we needed.

  • Denise was a fantastic host who made us feel exceptionally welcome in her own home. She was full of useful tips about places to visit and made sure coffee, tea or a much needed bacon and egg sandwich was on hand when needed. Her home is beautiful and comfortable with two of the most adorable dogs ever. Highly recommend!

  • Very clean and tidy house. Cosy room. Nice big garden. And situated in a very calm place though near to commodities. We were free to use everything. Denise is a pleasant and helpful lady who listened to our needs and even proposed to iron our clothes. We strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a stay in this area.

A lovely double room with TV, WIFI, mini fridge and a spacious WC/shower room. Situated on the ground floor of a 17th century cottage directly opposite Jane Austen's House and next door to The Greyfriar pub and the café Cassandra's Cup where breakfast is available.
Chawton is one of the prettiest villages in Hampshire. From the cottage there is access to many country walks. It is also within easy access of several other historic villages and towns such as Selborne (Gilbert White's museum), Alton (The Watercress Line), Alresford and Winchester.
Chawton is the postcard perfect English village with its many period houses, Jane Austen's House and the magnificent Chawton House (open to the public) - not to mention the Chawton cricket pitch where cricket is played daily during summer months against a backdrop of sheep and the famous Chawton House shire horses grazing peacefully in their paddock. Being in the middle of a National Park, Chawton is surrounded by outstandingly beautiful countryside. At the same time, it is not a remote village. It is within walking distance of the market town Alton which has several shops, banks and rail links to the rest of the country, including London, less than 1 hour away by train.
  • Perfect place for any Jane Austen fan since the place is just crossing the street from the JA house museum. It's a lovely cottage! On Cassandra's cup (the restaurant nextdoor) they serve delicious English breakfast and tea. Chawton is a gorgeous town we loved it!

  • The hosts were amazing. From communication prior to my stay to hunting me down to return my passport which I left behind. Beautiful place. If you are a Jane Austen fan there is only one place to stay. My thanks to Melane and I will definitely be booking again.

  • This is the perfect place for fans of Jane Austen to stay. You are just steps away from her home and when you’re not visiting the Jane Austen House Museum, you can admire it from the window of your thoughtfully appointed room! I wasn’t sure from the listing if we’d be getting a room in someone’s home or a private space, but it’s completely private—a bit like a studio apartment—which was nice. And Malene was a terrific host. I would definitely stay here again.

  • We had a very cosy stay. It was super easy to find and get access to the cottage. We were travelling via public transport and walking and this place suited us great. Lovely touches like tea and coffee, lots of cushions, blankets and tv. Had dinner and drinks in pub and breakfast in cafe which are both right next door and are lovely places .

  • Neither Catherine Morland, visiting Northanger Abbey, nor Anne Elliot, visiting Lyme, could have been more pleased and delighted than we were with our visit to Cassandra's Cottage in Chawton, Hampshire, UK. Janeites of the world, you who long to see where your favorite literary heroines were born and nurtured, this review is for you! It is easy to get to Chawton from London using public transportation -- just take the Southwestern Railway from Waterloo Station to Alton. From the station in Alton you walk 1.8 miles, or take the 64 bus going toward Winchester, or take a taxi. Ask locals to point you in the right direction if you opt to walk, as we did. Malene is a gracious host, the cottage is comfy and cozy and right across the street from Jane Austen's home where you can wander about the rooms and grounds to your heart's content, taking selfies and trying your hand at writing with a quill pen. Later a lovely walk to Chawton House gives you a full sense of the sweet landscape and verdure that nourished our favorite authoress.

  • We recommend Buddhika's place to stay unreservedly. We hugely enjoyed a longer stay there with our exceptionally welcoming hosts Buddhika and Dan who not only anticipated our every need, but throughout made us feel so at home and that nothing was too much trouble in making us comfortable. Great tips on local dining and places to visit! We also benefited greatly from a private covered driveway and entrance door leading onto a stylish large bedroom with excellent facilities, along with a stunning garden view. With their peaceful and welcoming home set amongst stunning countryside and villages and in being close to the market town of Petersfield we feel we found the the perfect place to stay with the best of hosts! Return is a must for us.

This bedroom is on the first floor of our home with it's own private bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and sink across the landing. There is plenty of space to hang your clothes, a TV and provision to make tea and coffee.  We also have two king sized bedrooms listed as 'Pleasant king/ensuite in Four Marks' and 'Great king/ensuite in Four Marks' if you require any additional rooms for your booking.
Now the last of the children have left our family home, my husband Roland & I thought it would be fun to try Airbnb. Having experienced some great hosts ourselves we endeavour to ensure we give the same experience to our guests.
Petersfield and Alresford are approx.
  • Fiona's place was superb, very clean, comfortable, quiet, convenient and ample parking. Communication was spot on. Would definitely recommend.

  • You can expect a warm welcome in a most comfortable home in a delightful county of Southern England. The home, though located in a rural village, is within easy driving distance of historic Winchester, the beautiful South Downs and, if you feel so inclined, the South Coast. I doubt very much you will be disappointed in your choice.

    Gerry2019-08-31T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great stay here, very quiet at night for a good night's sleep and the kitchen and garden are beautiful to sit in - we brought our own breakfast instead of going out somewhere and I'm glad we did as it is a beautiful house. Fiona and Roland were very welcoming and helped us plan our day out in the area.

  • This is an exceptional pet friendly holiday cottage with excellent walking right the door . Warm water hose for cleaning the dog off after a muddy trek was great idea. We would definitely book again

My place is close to Historic Steam Railway, public transport, the airport, art and culture. You’ll love my place because of the neighbourhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and dogs subject to availability but extra charges apply and a maximum of 2 dogs which must not be left unattended or allowed upstairs or on furniture.
