It has warm water and is not recommended for fall or winter. Full and uninterrupted access to all areas of the entire apartment. HOUSE RULES REGARDING PARTIES AND COHABITATION 1- Reservations for groups of young people and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not accepted. 2- Indicate the composition of the group and the relationship between the people: number of adults, children and ages. 3- It is strictly forbidden to hold parties, play music, speak loudly or engage in any activity that may disturb the rest of the other neighbors. The entire building has been completely renovated in 2019 to offer you all the comforts and the latest technology. This spacious and comfortable apartment, has a maximum capacity of 4 people and is located on the first floor of the building. It has air conditioning (hot / cold) and free high-speed WiFi connection. It has 1 double bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen Smart TV. The living-dining room has a very comfortable double sofa bed; as well as a second flat screen Smart TV. The kitchen is open to the living room, and has all the necessary utensils to store and prepare food. It has a fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave with grill, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster; as well as a complete tableware with kitchenware, plates and cutlery. The living room and bedroom have a balcony overlooking a quiet pedestrian plaza in the city center. The apartment has a spacious bathroom with shower, hairdryer and personal hygiene amenities; as well as a washing machine with a dryer function to wash your clothes at any time of the year in a comfortable and fast way. The 3-storey building has a roof terrace with a common terrace open from 5th April to 2nd November. On this terrace we have a refreshing Jacuzzi-pool, solarium area with sun loungers and outdoor furniture.
