The property is enhanced by a panoramic terrace overlooking the sunset. Within walking distance are beach resorts, ice cream parlors, bars and restaurants.

In the heart of this beautiful town, we propose a cosy studio apartment with a garden, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. Enjoy the Maremma by exploring its scenic landscapes. From Scarlino you can visit medieval villages, and indulge in local food and wine festivals, such as those for chestnuts, mushrooms, and new olive or visit the natural thermal baths in the area. Pieve di Caminino Historic Farm

Solo per amanti della natura. L'antica fattoria Pieve di Caminino, biologica, è un importante sito storico: ex pieve medievale sorta all'incrocio di due strade romane, ospitò due santi (la chiesa del XII secolo è oggi un museo privato, visitabile dagli ospiti, su appuntamento). Oggi copre 200 ettari di proprietà privata recintata, posta su una collina panoramica. Sette alloggi condividono una tenuta con piscina (stagionale), due laghetti, un uliveto centenario, vigneto e una foresta di sughere.

Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

A wonderful place to spend a few days in pleasant company. A large living room with fireplace where you can relax after returning from beautiful walks, bike rides, and excursions. The independent apartment is 15 km from Siena, 20 km from the Thermal Baths and 40 minutes from the villages of San Gimignano and Monteriggioni. Overall, there is a farm that produces wines and oil with the possibility of guided tours and tasting of our products with themed dinners.

Accommodation 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Scarlino and Follonica, on the first floor and with panoramic views. There is no air conditioning as Scarlino is a ventilated medieval village. However, there is a portable fan for particularly hot summer days. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. This helps me offer a competitive price. Ideal for couples and families.
