The apartment is impeccably furnished in the traditional local style of old Tuscany: ancient wooden beams, terracotta floors, and unique furniture. A 150-square-meter villa on the Tuscan sea of Prato Ranieri, surrounded by a wonderful and well-kept garden, located in a quiet pedestrian area, with a sandy beach right in front of the gate. Equipped with two parking spaces, it is perfect for families and groups of friends, with a private solarium, a relaxation area and a dining area under a cozy patio. The property is enhanced by a panoramic terrace overlooking the sunset. Within walking distance are beach resorts, ice cream parlors, bars and restaurants.

Solo per amanti della natura. L'antica fattoria Pieve di Caminino, biologica, è un importante sito storico: ex pieve medievale sorta all'incrocio di due strade romane, ospitò due santi (la chiesa del XII secolo è oggi un museo privato, visitabile dagli ospiti, su appuntamento). Oggi copre 200 ettari di proprietà privata recintata, posta su una collina panoramica. Sette alloggi condividono una tenuta con piscina (stagionale), due laghetti, un uliveto centenario, vigneto e una foresta di sughere.
