My bungalow is spacious, has three bed-rooms, a huge living-dining-room, 2 kitchens, 1 bath-rooms, 2 toilets . There is also a very pleasant terrace and a large garden, a pond, the nature behind the house!, it is very quiet, in the village you have shops and lovely inns, In May,June, July August September and December, I give the house to groups of 4 to 8 persons. When I receive guests, I am living very discreetly in the basement. I am busy during the day but can be helpful .

In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

Live in an old cigar factory

The old cigar factory is quietly located in the village of Schutterwald. There is the best baker as well as a fine lake. From here you can plan wonderful day trips through the Black Forest, travel to Strasbourg or take great bike tours on the Rhine. The Upper Rhine Tobacco Museum in Mahlberg or the Offenburger Markt (Tue + Sat) is worth a visit. The old factory is from 1899 and is currently being renovated piece by piece by us. Welcome to our little oasis.

Our family-friendly new-build vacation home has a kitchen with fully equipped fitted kitchen, two bedrooms on the first floor. A bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. On the upper floor is the cozy sleeping and play area for children and another sleeping area. The terrace invites you to linger. For shopping there are 2 bakeries, a butcher and a supermarket. Europapark Rust can be reached in 25 minutes by car, as well as Strasbourg and the Black Forest. There is a football golf course 2 km away. There is also a swimming lake, several playgrounds and various restaurants.

The newly renovated spacious apartment is centrally located and a 5-minute walk to the train station. The city of Offenburg offers a nice pedestrian zone and surroundings worth seeing. Excursions to the Black Forest, Freiburg, Europa-Park or Alsace are available. Parking is available near the property in public parking lots (for a fee Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm). Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely accommodated.

Modern apartment (48 square meters) with large balcony. For sleeping, a double bedroom and a new sofa bed in the living room are available. So a total of four people can stay at the apartment. The apartment was completely rebuilt and furnished. For small children, a high chair is of course available.
