Our modern tiny home is located on a small raspberry farm on the edge of the stunning Wombat Forest just out of Trentham, Victoria. Inside the home, you'll find a comfortable retreat complete with an indoor fireplace, kitchen with gas stovetop, fridge & day beds perfect for the ultimate relax and reset stay. We've also got a wood-fired sauna sitting on the large deck with a picturesque view of the Wombat State Forest. If you want to venture outside, there are walking tracks at your door stop.

Wander through the trees to our handcrafted Shack, lovingly built from recycled materials, with breathtaking panoramic views over our regenerative farm to the mountains beyond. Inside snuggle by the wood heater, outside relax on a hand hewn red gum deck with built-in bath, outdoor shower. The outhouse provides views across the wetlands and its wildlife! Gariwerd walks are a 10 minute stroll away, as is good coffee, the local brewery and the eateries of Halls Gap. Come and connect!

Big Bear's Small House - a true forest escape

A beautiful, small, off grid house with all the modern comforts you need. Truly breathtaking views of the ocean and rainforest set over a deep gorge. Birds, wildlife, and ancient trees will greet you through the infinity window that looks beyond the comfort of the comfy bed, complete kitchen, cozy lounge with cute fireplace, and a spacious bathroom. Forest Way Farm Tiny House

What was once our tiny family home now sits on a little farm for you to enjoy, looking over the orchard and forest. Your own driveway will lead you out to the little house, past our private residence and orchard. You can rest on the deck, lay on the grass or soak in the tub. With no WiFi or TV you can disconnect for a while and let the surrounds recharge you. Wander with the chickens in the orchard, take yourself out into the forest or explore the Yarra Valley.
