Quiet studio very close to ocean, lake and forest

Cozy studio adjoining a wooden frame house in a very quiet subdivision on the edge of the forest. The relaxing atmosphere of the forest, the birds and sometimes even the sound away from the waves will lull you away for a vacation full of positive energy and rest. The lake of Léon 5 min by bike or the ocean with the beach of La Lette 5 min by car and the beach of St Girons 30 min by bike will allow you to enjoy the water. The bike path nearby should also seduce athletes.

La CaTiche is a pleasant wooden house, which smells like relaxing holidays in the Landes. It is located on the outskirts of a recent housing estate, less than 1km from the center of Léon. The bike path, the famous Vélodyssée, passes 50 m behind the house. Its environment is peaceful, clear and green. The house is close to the Landes forest without being isolated. Its young garden of approximately 700m2 is fenced. Note: only the North bedroom can accommodate the cot.

Superbe studio indépendant au calme, situé à 2 pas du magnifique lac de Léon et à 15 minutes de la formidable plage de Moliets. Studio refait à neuf en 2023. Quartier très calme et agréable, vous n'entendrez que le champ des oiseaux ici. Léon est un authentique village avec son marché tous les matins ses commerces, ses activités autour du lac (canoë, pédalo, plage,...), l'accrobranche, les ballades en vélo, la réserve naturelle du Courant d'Huchet.
