Forget your worries in this spacious and serene accommodation. Surrounded by cycle paths, facing a bowling alley for pétanque lovers. The lake 1km away will delight the little ones while the more adventurous will choose to have a "breeze" in the ocean which is 5km away. (accessible by bike). swimming pool from may to September see October (the latter is not heated.) The plus of this house: the sports complex 500m away with skatepark and fronton. no sheets or towels. rentals option.

Surf Shelter is a property located in the forest. We offer you here to rent only the house, without the annex: 4 bedrooms, a heated swimming pool, two terraces, 3 bathrooms... and the forest all around. Included: a large space to store bikes and surfboards on your way back from the beach. By car, the beaches are 5 minutes away, as is access to all "amenities". The 33m2 home is central in a small family-friendly seaside resort. The ocean visible from the terrace is 100 meters away. All amenities and leisure at the foot of the apartment. Restaurants, surf schools, supervised beach, shops, bike paths. You don't have to use your vehicle. The place is great for 4-5 people with its mezzanine and separate bedrooms and sofa bed. It is located at the first of a residence that has its feet in the sand!
