Wonderful place to stay - close to Flumserberg and Walensee. Highly recommended!

This place really is a gorgeous little holiday flat, it has such a homely and peaceful quality. It is just a short walk from the lake edge and the small town centre with restaurants and shops. Pascal was fast to respond to my enquiries, and couldn't have done more to answer my questions. The flat has parking beside it which is very handy. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need for a stress free self-catering stay. It can get a little hot at night so it's worth opening the windows for a comfortable night sleep. The flat is as cute and cosy as the pictures show, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

The property and the environment at Lake Walen was really great. Since we still extended a night. Thanks Pascal it worked the extension smoothly. The lake with a large playground was just around the corner. The apartment had everything you need. In the kitchen everything was present. The apartment is really nicely decorated, as you immediately felt comfortable. On our pillows were small schoki surprises and in the kitchen was a plate with fruits ready :-) The whole neighbors were very friendly

Pascal's apartment is fine. It has everything you need, modern and functional furniture, including multimedia tv. Churfirsten wonderful views of the mountains and near the lake for excursions. We return.

The house is very tastefully decorated and so very welcoming; also it is very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and in a great location: having breakfast you can admire the vineyards under the mountains. Convenient as a location to reach various tourist destinations

We had a great stay in the apartment. It was bigger than expected and very cozy and practical. The bathroom and kitchen are perfect. The beds are very good. The location is very peaceful. were an added plus the neighbors who helped us with every question we had. Very friendly people. Shops and Lake Walen are nearby. For trips you are so on the highway. All in all, highly recommended !!!

Thanks again so much for being such a wonderful host with this fantastic yacht in its little quaint setting. Although we had some power issues in the middle of what i would call a blizzard, it really wasn't an issue at all and in the end and easily fixed. Breakfast was fantastic, warm bread and croissants (I had three) with all, your expected condiments as well as cheeses and meats. Arrived right on time that we requested as with everything else that was requested. Right on time and just as described. You won't be disappointed with the experience that you encounter aboard the Maya :) may be back sooner rather than later!

Beautiful sailboat with character and charm. This is an outstanding spot for a weekend away from it all on the lake in the Swiss Alps. Miriam and Gary are the best hosts we have had in Europe. They really put the stay over the top. Cant wait to be back.

We had the most wonderful time on Maya! Gary and Miriam are fantastic hosts and just great people. The cabins were very comfortable and all the amenities were there. There's a small swim area a short walk away and the Sagibeiz restaurant recommendation was spot on. In the morning, Gary and Miriam showed up with the most amazing breakfast spread. Our 10 year old daughter would have us living on Maya full time if she had her druthers. Thank you so much Gary and Miriam!! We will see you again soon!

Such a wonderful stay on the Maya. I wouldn't have wanted to stay anywhere else. It was magical!! Gary and Miriam was so great and helpful to us with any and all questions we had. They stocked the fridge with goodies and Miriam baked us some of her amazing bread. Can't go wrong! XXX

A great experience! The hosts have spared no effort to make us feel on this traditional sailing boat at home. They were courteous, helpful and have all our wishes more than fulfilled. The accommodation was very clean, functional, and decorated very loving and charming. Breakfast was of the highest quality and we were served at the desired time on the yacht. My wife and I have the romantic yacht "Maya" very memorable and can recommend it only. Thank you very much! Christian

This was the gem of our trip. The hosts are awesome and very friendly and communicative, we had great time on the Yacht and would love to stay more, the place is so authentic and neat and cozy. The hosts provided us with mini-bar-breakfast-fridge and truly great office! :) Very recommended and the view and "neighbors" are amazing!

This place is amazing. The house located on the top of the mountain, what gives you an opportunity to enjoy a stunning view from your windows. If you want to bask in nature of Switzerland mountains, sun, and fresh air, you should lodge in this nice house surrounded by farm with lovely lamas. Tim and his wife are intellectual and friendly people , who make everything to make you feel comfortable. I recommend you to stay here.

The house is at the top of the mountain very spacious and comfortable and the view is splendid, take time to stroll and chat with the English breakfast that are adorable and will present their llamas! Go fearlessly down the mountain road you will be rewarded.

Marteen and his family are very hospitable and the communication worked super before your arrival. The arrival by car was great, front of the house there is parking. One participant wanted more (before check in time) enter the accommodation and here was Marteen very flexible and uncomplicated. In the apartment there is no hotplate and so we Marteen has offered his private kitchen, which we very much appreciated. We liked very much and we really enjoyed the days at Marteen and his family.

Spring Inn is a very nice place to stay with a group of friends or with children. There is a lot of outdoor space for kids to play. The shared attic is very large and has a well equipped children's corner. The hosts are super friendly and helpful and can provide you with a lot of tips about (outdoor) activities, as they obviously love to do this (with their kids) as well.

Great location with excellent support from host. We really loved the place and it had everything we expected. Great for family stay in a calm and quiet place. Strongly recommend this place for all.

Great stay at Maarten's and his family home. This is a Bed and Breakfast and we enjoyed tasty breakfast prepared by our great hosts. They nicely renovated this cosy house and if you are into skiing or hiking this is a great place very close to Flumserberge and other good places. Stunning place with amazing views of both the mountain and the lake. We were blown away by the place. A 30-second walk from Intersport Walansee and a 4-5 minute walk from the gondola to take you up the mountain. Really convenient and easy for a trip that has so many extra things to worry about (ski rental, lift tickets, etc.). Gijs was terrific in helping my party get settled in and ensuring that we were comfortable throughout our stay. He was by far the best host I have ever had.

A perfectly well-equipped apartment! The apartment is part of a very well maintained resort directly on Lake Walen in Switzerland. Everything is very well maintained and perfectly equipped. In the kitchen you get really everything to cook and to take care of himself. The bathroom is very large and the way how the whole apartment perfectly clean! In addition, the apartment is simply cozy and beautiful. A little tip for German guests: you should be one or more bring adapter for the sockets. Apparently there are in Switzerland for other connector. The holiday resort is located right on Lake Walen, and from the balcony there is even an excellent view of the lake. Within sight of a shop is the renting of skis, shoes and everything else you need for skiing. The gondola, which leads to the ski resort, is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. We have the top of the mountain indulged a Depot, so we relaxed sat after skiing shr in normal shoes without skis and poles in the gondola - highly recommended! The ski area is very child friendly. Directly above the Tannenboden is a Kinderland and also a public magic carpet. And next to a really good site with anchor lifts and gentle slopes to practice. The location of the apartment, the apartment itself and the ski resort are just perfect. Really a reason to come back. The exchange with Gijs before I booked and then around departure and arrival was very direct, fast and all the information was correct! Many Thanks!

The cabin is s tiny place in a super quiet area. We loved the view, the hot tub after skiing, the quiet nights. You need a car to go to the ski area, it's several km uphill. We had 2 nights and 1 day of snow and no snow chains, but due to the well organized Swiss street cleaning system we had no problem getting in and out with our rental car. Snow plow came at 6.30 am and several times during the day. Great wifi! Would stay again.
