The apartment is in the district of Schneppenbaum in the municipality of Bedburg-Hau. Ideal for bike tours on the lower Lower Rhine. It is quietly centrally located, supermarkets and bakers as well as a forest are within walking distance. The apartment is about 70 m² and has a new spacious kitchen, dining area for four people, comfortable sofa for relaxing and watching TV, a bedroom with double bed and enough space for a child's extra bed. The listed, loft-like accommodation offers 4 sleeping places with 2 double beds on two galleries. In the lower, open living area, another sleeping place can be prepared on the sofa bed. A baby crib is also available. The modern kitchen is well equipped for self-catering. Sauna (€30 extra as energy compensation) and fireplace provide relaxation on cold days, and the cottage garden on warm days. The bathroom with walk-in shower was completely newly installed in the barn.

Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and contains a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The cottage is surrounded by a lot of nature and a beautiful lake with weeping willows. The A-frame house offers plenty of privacy with 2 hectares of garden. The lake house has a bright living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom. Our two Scottish Highland cattle are behind our cottage and are a real highlight. There are also many birds, hedgehogs and rabbits in the garden. A BBQ is available on the terrace excl. gas bottle.

Parking is available within walking distance. Restaurants are located along the riverside and within walking distance.
