By elevator you can get from the underground parking to almost in front of the apartment door, which is very convenient especially for larger purchases. The property has 3 terraces that can be used for dining or sunbathing. Indoors you'll find the living area and kitchen which has air conditioning. There are 3 bedrooms: 1 double, a child’s room with bunk beds and between them is a small double. The bathroom has shower/bath and toilet. The facilities aren't new but are functional and we're upgrading as we can.
