Cala Deia. Best views in Mallorca

This is one of the few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!! You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours !!!!! There are two totally separated areas. Upstairs there are two rooms, shower and bathroom, living area and open kitchen and downstairs two rooms, shower and bathroom. I will provide the "must see" list of places of the area. We can organize VIP services for you such as Yachts, Vehicles, Chauffeur, Deep sea fishing, Guided cycle tours, Catering, Private Chef, Spa treatments, Entertainment bookings, Yoga and Pilates, Guided Hiking, scuba diving, helicopter flights.

Nice and stylish Loft located on the old town's heart, mediterranean colors. On the Llotja neighborhood very quiet and sunny street. Open views to a private garden, masiv and emblematic building La Lonja. Is surrounded by bars and restaurants but the only street calm to relax. The closest beach is 7 min. walking distance, 3 minutes to STP SHIPYARD & Club Náutico de Palma sport-harbour and it's lounge. Santa Catalina market is 5 min walking distance as the Cathedral, museums and art galeries.

A perfect stay in an immaculate home. Spent 5 nights here as part of a cycling trip. The property is stunning, ultra modern and spotless. All amenities as described. Miquel was a fantastic host from the start. We were allowed to enter the property earlier than advertised, he was always super helpful and responded very quickly to any questions. Great food recommendations and suggestions for cycling routes. The house is in a residential area towards the outskirts of Palma, so the old town and beach are 10-15mins away by taxi - though there are plenty of amenities, shops and restaurants within easy walking distance of the house. This property and the overall experience was our best Airbnb yet. Highly recommended.

This is a magical place in beautiful natural surroundings. It’s very peaceful and relaxing. Well appointed and comfortable. Susi was such a warm and inviting host. The 3 dogs were so cute and Lula was always hanging out to play fetch :) This place is amazing and special just like Susi! Hope we can return someday.

Nice cozy place in a quiet neighbourhood. It was very clean and well maintained and organised. Place is ideal for people who wants to tour the island as it is in a very good position but not close to tourist attractions. Owner left many useful amenities in the house to use. We would definitely stay here again!

This air BnB is perfect for a stay in Palma. It’s the best of both worlds in terms of location. It’s in a peaceful area with a great view from the terrace and amenities nearby, whilst also only being a 30 min walk to the city centre or a short and affordable taxi journey in! The terrace is perfect for sunbathing and the apartment itself was clean, spacious and like the photos. Pepe and co were very responsive and helpful hosts. Would definitely recommend this spot.

We spent a short girls' holiday in the accommodation for four. The accommodation was sufficiently large with enough space for all guests. There were three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a very large living room, a large kitchen and a large terrace. We had everything we needed on site, even a beach towel, mineral water and wine was included and already on site. Timea always responded very quickly to our messages and immediately took care of everything. Thank you for that :) There was a nice big table on the terrace, where we often ate our meals together and even a small grill. The bathrooms are very clean and new. However, if you like it very quiet & secluded and would like to sleep in longer, you may be better off somewhere else. The large supermarket Lidl is really only 2 minutes across the street and the beach and the small shops are actually only a very relaxed 10 minutes away.

Manuela was an extremely lovely hostess. Even though we arrived late at night and left very early, it was no problem for check-in & check-out. She also recommended us super nice beaches on the island and was always available. A small minus point for the WiFi, which didn't really work, but for which a solution was also found. We spent wonderful evenings on the small terrace upstairs. Gènova itself is a very sweet little area that had exactly the right distance to Palma for us, from which you can ultimately get anywhere (even if we took the bus). We would come again anytime. Thank you, Manuela! :)
