Welcome to our modern but warm House in the middle of the Tyrolian Alps. The Maisonette is build in a one Family House with its own Garden and Entrance. The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

Almhütte Hausberger

100 Jahre altes Blockhaus, welches 2008 im Nachbardorf abgerissen und bei uns am Bio-Bergbauernhof wieder aufgebaut wurde. Dabei wurde besondere Sorgfalt auf die Verwendung natürlicher Baustoffe (Schilf, Lehmputz, Altholz) gelegt. Als Dacheindeckung dienen traditionelle Lärchenschindeln. Das Haus wird über einen großen Küchenherd und eine thermische Solaranlage geheizt, das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung. Das heimelige kleine Haus (75 m²) diente uns 10 Jahre lang als Wohnsitz.

Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

Alpin Apartment Haus Gehwolf

Our house is located in a south-facing, very quiet, dream location right next to the main lifts of Saalbach. The village center is just a five-minute walk (via the slopes) or a ten-minute walk (by road) from the apartment. The apartment is located in the lower part of the main building and has a separate entrance. The local tax (mandatory tourist tax to the municipality including the mobility contribution: EUR 2.95 per person aged 15 and over per night) is included in the price.

This spacious modern chalet has been undergoing major refurbishment in 2020. The spacious house features 4 bedrooms, a large open plan kitchen & living room, open fireplace and a private spa. It is fully equipped for great family holidays in the alps and comes with a large natural garden with mountain views and a beautiful little creek running through it. Vermietet wird ein Dreibettzimmer im Dachgeschoss unseres Bauernhauses. In dem Zimmer befinden sich ein Doppelbett (1,80x2,00m), ein Einzelbett, ein Schrank sowie ein Waschbecken. Die Toilette sowie Dusche befinden sich auf der Etage zur alleinigen Gästenutzung. Ebenso wie ein Aufenthaltsraum. Das Stadtzentrum Saalfeldens liegt 4 km entfernt. Die Anreise sollte mit PKW erfolgen, da nur ein eingeschränkter öffentlicher Busverkehr besteht. Wir freuen uns auch Ihren Besuch.
