"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

You’ll love the apartment (sleeps a maximum of 3) because of the locality, amazing views from the balcony and garden, large bedroom and the well-equipped kitchen. It is 45 minutes from Salzburg (15 mins from the A10). Haus Gilbert is quiet – perfect for couples, families and solo travellers who like busy days and quiet evenings.

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

Die Zehen schreien, die ach so tolle Funktionsunterhose nass, der Skistock im Auge vom Göttergatten, der SUV zerkratzt, die Kaas nockeln drücken im Magen aber zum Glück trägt der Glühwein die letzten Meter... Oder die Blasen in den uneingelaufenden Bergstiefeln sind aufgeplatzt, der mal wieder zu schwer gepackte Wanderrucksack hängt nur noch auf einer Schulter, den Bauchgurt braucht man gar nicht, aber zum Glück gibts die Badewanne ... The location is the optimal combination for nature and culture lovers.

There is a train station & bike path directly behind the flat (5-10 min walk). The lake is a 12-15 min walk or 5 min drive away.

Der Bahnhof liegt ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt....Rodelbahn und Dorfloipe sind beleuchtet. Im Haus sind Ski- und Radabstellplätze sowie eine Terrasse vorhanden.
