Die neue Tür hat ein Sicherheitsschloss und ist auch von innen abschließbar. Die Fenster haben blickdichte Rollos bekommen. Es gibt einen Heizlüfter, der in kühleren Nächten die Temperatur erträglicher macht. Allerdings macht er auch Geräusche. Eine Solar-Dusche und eine Küchenzeile an der frischen Luft ergänzen nun das Angebot.
