Both in winter – ski slopes up to the house - as well as in summer – directly at the hiking and bike trails - the house offers an excellent starting point for skiers, hikers, bikers and recreation seekers.

Ce logement confortable se trouve au 2ème étage d’un immeuble très calme, dans le quartier de Wiesti. Il se situe à 150 mètres du funiculaire de Sunnegga (accès au domaine pour le ski et les randonnées) et à 800 mètres du centre-ville, des commerces et de la gare de Zermatt (8 minutes à pied).

My place is close to family friendly activities. You'll love my place because of the location. In the Saas Valley, adults must pay 10.5 Fr. in the summer and children between 6 and 16 years 5.25 Fr. Pay tourist tax. In this price all buses in the valley and practically all cable cars can be used free of charge. In winter the tourist tax costs 7 Fr. for adults and children pay 3.75 Fr. In this price, the ski bus is free in winter.

The ski slopes are 5-10 minutes away by free electric bus or about 15 minutes on foot. Tourist tax in winter CHF 4.50, in summer CHF 7 per person./night extra - for 6-16 half. For overnight stays under three nights, laundry costs CHF 10 extra per person.
