Holiday rentals with a sauna in Saco River

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

We loved staying at Ace’s studio. The kitchen had everything we needed and the furniture was comfortable. Everything was clean and in top condition. This unit is on the first floor and easily accessible. It was great to be able to just open the sliding door to let my children play. We hope to stay here again soon!

My friend and I had a wonderful time staying here! It was a perfect location to experience Portland for the first time! Absolutely beautiful and airy space with such a pretty garden. Wynne's instructions were clear and helpful and she was very friendly and responsive! Thank you!

My son and I spent three nights in this charming, relaxing, spacious, and sparking clean condo. Lorraine left wine and snacks in the well-appointed kitchen for us which was a lovely welcome. Woodland trails and thoughtful outdoor play areas for all ages. Club House could use a refresh but looked fun for kids. Great location not far from Diana’s Bath, Mount Washington and the village of North Conway. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect. It was quiet and private while being close to the conference center (a 3 minute walk) and shops/restaurants of the town square (a 5 minute walk). The condo was exactly what we needed and extremely clean. The kitchen is nicely updated and the living room area has lots of natural light and is perfect for watching a movie after dinner. This is an end unit and faces the woods instead of the road or parking lot which added to its peacefulness. We would definitely stay here again.

Arian’s house is so lovely. It’s cozy, modern and very clean. The house is in an excellent location close to restaurants and walking paths. Arian was responsive and helpful. We highly recommend his place if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Portland

Nice condo. The downstairs bedroom and the upstairs bedrooms are very separate. I’d say you get kids could not stay in the downstairs queen bedroom and it’s not at all in ear shot of the upstairs bedrooms. Bathroom with shower is on first floor. Half bath is upstairs. Living room is on second floor. TV’s were easy to use. House was clean. It’s not handicap friendly so if that’s an issue I’d choose another place. The condo is down several stairs and decking. There were plants of parking spaces in the lower lot. Heat worked great. Place was cozy.

I stayed here with my dog and the place was perfect! Great backyard area, it felt very private and quiet. The space was comfortable and clean and the hosts were very helpful and friendly! Would love to stay here again.

Have stayed at Rick’s listings many times and will continue to in the future. Always friendly and responsive. Listings are clean and modern. Exactly what you want for a nice getaway.

Rick's place was exactly the kinda of peaceful getaway that we were looking for. There is so much to do in the area you can't do it all in one stay. We can't wait to come back and stay again. He was very understanding for the need of my wife's service dog and there were no issues all weekend! Thank you so much for having us we will definitely be back again with future plans, we felt our stay was way too short we want to try to come again longer there’s so much to do locally around the area! And it’s such a peaceful place to stay the bed was extremely comfortable 😇

We had a great time staying here for a few days. The place was very clean and everything was well thought of. For a smaller space, it didn't feel like it with the way everything was set up. The bed was very comfortable and the outside area to sit in was nice. We also used the sauna every day which was a huge perk for us. Would stay again!

Our stay was the perfect family getaway, close to all the things we wanted to explore. Plenty of space to come back and unwind before the next day of adventuring. The fenced in yard was a great plus for our dog, and the sauna was amazing to help flush out sore muscles. Will definitely stay again for any future stays.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we could tell that the host had gone above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The home was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could need for a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly cozy, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, a fully stocked kitchen. A lovely place to get away with pure peaceful and quiet. Wonderful home, sad we only stayed 2 days. Next time we would like to stay at least 5 to 7 days. The board games and pool table were a nice bonus. The sauna and jacuzzi made the trip extra wonderful. I love that every room had a light dimmer, so you could set the mood and not have bright lights on. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your home. The stay was great and everyone enjoyed themselves! There was enough room for everyone, it never felt crowded! The place looked just like the photos. This house was perfect for our group. We loved the hot tub! The spacious living room provided us an ideal place to gather to relax in the evening. The beds were comfy and all the rooms were clean. It was a fantastic house, even when we would get lost trying to remember which direction to turn to find the bedrooms. :) Our host, Nick, was always very responsive when we had a question.
