New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Vänern. Kitchen area with fridge, stove, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and toilet. Air heat pump! Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent a wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left cleaned, clean and tidy! Welcome!

Charming house in the countryside in very beautiful surroundings. A cozy, genuine home with an old-fashioned atmosphere. If you are looking for the red house with white knots, you have come to the right place. If you want to go to the lake and swim (5-minute walk), it is excellent. The beach is rocky. There are cows in the pasture in summer that you have to go through to get to the lake. There is also an older rowboat that can be used freely. Wi-Fi is available. Desk is available. No TV. You have access to the entire lower floor. Upstairs, there is an artist.

Perfect for those who love each other, as there are nice hiking trails in the area. Also for exploring Mellerud/Håverud and the surrounding area. In Håverud, for example, there is an aqueduct that is over 150 years old. Close to swimming/camping, approx. 5 km, local shops/shopping center in central Mellerud. Padel center is a few kilometers away. In Mellerud, there are also good train connections between Gothenburg and Karlstad.

Here you will find a home that combines simplicity with functionality, with a location that makes it possible to be close to all the best that Dalsland has to offer. There is also an Attefallshus that provides plenty of room for socializing, with a larger TV for multimedia, etc. (toilet inside the main building). 1 bathroom with toilet located in the house

Nice cabin for 6 people with outdoor spa and peaceful location.

Private small cottage of 52 m2 + 25 m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for yourself with the host in their own house on the property. Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

Högheden - Panorama of Dalsland

Spacious house with panoramic views of Lake Vänern in beautiful Dalsland, perfect for families or friends who want to experience nature and activities all year round. The house has 4 bedrooms and space for 9 guests, with ski in/ski out to Högheden Ski Center in the winter and nice hiking trails right outside the door in the summer. Here you live high up in Edsleskog, close to Pilgrimsleden, Baljåsen, swimming areas and Forsbacka golf club. Only 15 minutes to Åmål or Bengtsfors with shops, cafés and restaurants.

This charming cottage has previously been rented out with good reviews – we are now new owners and look forward to welcoming both new and returning guests. The cottage is centrally located with a 4-minute walk to IKEA and Bergvik Shopping Center with several stores. You have your own private garden with a 25 m2 terrace with sun most of the day. The balcony is protected from view with a thuja hedge and a trellis wall. From the balcony, you have a small glimpse of Lake Vänern when you look over the hedge.

The cottage is uniquely located by a nature reserve where parts of the movie "Ronja Rövardotter" were filmed. Here you will be met by total silence, deep forests and lake views. Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla oas. I vassvikarna kan du få både aborre, mört, panka och storgäddan. Med en plasteka kan du åka ut på Vänern och har du kajak med dig, så är den lätt att lägga i. Plastekan är bra att ro, men har också en motor.Du behöver ta med egen ren bensin Du kan bada från tallbevuxna berg i viken eller ute på skären och öarna. Värmlandsnäs ligger mitt ute i Sveriges största sötvattensjö, Vänern, och har ett rikt djurliv, både fåglar, hjortdjur och vildsvin.

Welcome to a charming cottage in the middle of nature, surrounded by greenery, with the lake sparkling next door, and mornings with birdsong. A place for those who want to relax, hike in the forest, stroll in the sand or enjoy peace and quality of life. You often have the area to yourself, even if nearby residents visit the beach on sunny days. The beach is spacious and the cottage is located, so you maintain peace even when others visit the beach. There is another small cottage in the area.

Gretas stuga

Liten enkel stuga men otroligt charmig med utsikt över sjön. Stugan har el men inte vatten. En sovalkov med en 140 säng och en 80 säng finns i vardagsrummet. Det finns en liten spis med ugn. Kyl och frys. Utedass. Stugan har strandtomt med en bastu vid sjön. Sängkläder går att låna för 150 svenska kronor samt slutstädning 250 kr. Stugan ligger i en sluttning. Det finns möjlighet att hyra en stuga till ca 200 meter från den här stugan om ni är två familjer som ändå vill ha eget boende.
