Unser Ferienhaus "Althus" steht im Safiental im Weiler Gün und ist ein typisches Walsehaus auf 1600m.ü.M. Es wurde 1701 erbaut und 1995 mit dem Denkmalschutz sanft, praktisch und einfach umgebaut. Hier kannst du dich wunderbar inmitten der Natur erholen. Im Frühling, Sommer und Herbst Wanderungen im ganzen Safiental, Besuch auf unserem Landwirtschaftsbetrieb, beobachten von Wildtiere,Farben der Wildwiesen... You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
