A little paradise for dogs and people. The large property is completely fenced, which is great for those who are on holiday with their dogs. Especially in the area of the pool, it is great that there are many pine trees on the property. You can easily stand it yourself at 35 degrees. The house is rather secluded. For people who want peace and quiet and prefer a secluded location and not a tourist destination, this is the perfect place. Off-season with a dog is even better. There is no beach ban. There is no nearby dog beach. In the house you have everything you need. Super comfortable beds, especially the blinds impressed us. You can ventilate all day, but you don't have insects in the house. Great thing. Finally, it should be added that the communication with Lambert was fantastic. Super friendly and fast. Clear recommendation for a break in this house. :-)

If I could give Cristobal’s place more stars I would! Without doubt the best airbnb I’ve stayed in. The photos on the listing make it look pretty but it is even more gorgeous in reality! Such a tranquil and beautiful space to relax in. There are so many details which add up to make this a really special place, it’s a two minute walk from the sea, the plunge pool, outdoor shower and immaculate garden were a highlight and the furnishings were tasteful and comfy. Cristobal was responsive and couldn’t do enough to help. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

Monica was fantastic and friendly. Her place was as described and even better. The swimming pool was awesome and clean, the apartment was on point she even left us some goodies in the fridge. I would recommend Monica’s place 150% thank you Monica!

Everything is great, the stay is perfect for spending a few days on the beach, with basic amenities and some extras that are details that count, such as having coffee, oil, etc... The apartment is literally a 4-minute walk from the beach and the area is perfect for a few days of relaxation, the beach is clean and the water is crystal clear, the truth is that it has been a success. Jorge was always attentive and even allowed us to enter a little before check-in time. Recommended, a pleasure!!

We arrived during an emergency (there was no electricity but no phone service in all of Spain). We found this place in a magical way and also in a magical way we were handed the keys. Helped Rodwy's directions on which roads to take. Location in a great location. We are very happy because the vacation was great.

Raluca was a fantastic helpful host, great communication and her place in Oliva was fantastic and met all our needs! Highly recommend for a great stay in the beautiful Spanish town of Oliva.

Spacious apartment with unbeatable views, from where you can enjoy the sunrise. We had an unforeseen event, and communication with the host was very smooth and it was immediately resolved. Right on the seafront, with all services within reach.

During the stay, I had contact with Jorge, he was always attentive to everything and with clear instructions on check-in. The apartment is on the beachfront, spectacular, clean, tidy and with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We had welcome gifts. Without a doubt, if we have to return to the area, I would rent it again. It even had chairs for the beach. They have thought of everything, I definitely recommend it. I spent two weeks or so in the property and enjoyed it greatly! The apartment is fully equipped and very beautifully designed! The apartment is very clean and well maintained! It is located in a very organized and well taken care of plantation with amazing view to the hills around! There is a largepool and a very nice sitting area around it. The owners Simon and his wife are very kind, attentive !and welcoming! I can warmly recommend staying in this property

A very comfy and well equipped house!

Beautiful accommodation to relax and yet close to all kinds of beautiful locations (sandy beach in Calpe, the authentic city of Althea, close to the bustling Benidorm). Jorge always responded within the hour and immediately thought along with us if we encountered a problem somewhere. It is interesting to note that silence was requested at the swimming pool between 2 pm and 5 pm in the afternoon. We solved this by going to the pebble beach at the hotel, or to the beach in Calpe just 10 minutes away. Had a great holiday with our two kids!

The apartment is beautiful, the sea views are incredible, very clean. With every detail. David is charming, available at all times, quick to respond. The ideal area to disconnect, rest and enjoy swimming in the sea. Highly recommended!😊

The accommodation is cozy and practical for spending a few quiet days and enjoying the beach. Gisela was very kind, she recommended several places. We had several mishaps during the trip and she was very understanding. It was the first time we traveled with our baby and the accommodation was perfectly equipped, we did not have to carry so many things. We appreciate your patience and attention. We had a great time.

The place is cozy and exactly as shown in the photos. There's a charming corner filled with vintage items, which adds a unique touch. The apartment is located on the 7th floor, the building has an elevator. The neighborhood is vibrant, yet just a 20-minute walk away, you can find peaceful and scenic hiking trails. Katha was very responsive and attentive.

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. I would book it again in a heartbit. Thanks Gonzalo and family for your hospitality!
