Had a great stay at Rp's end. He was very helpful in various ways- directions to places, advice and all. He's very welcoming and strict at the same time with his house rules. If you have trouble following laid down instructions and being disciplined, maybe not for you. Overall it was an experience!!! Affordable and presents you with all you need.

A Truly Exceptional Stay I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than my stay here! The suite is beautiful—bright and welcoming, impeccably clean, thoughtfully equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated having a washer and dryer and an electric charger for my car. The location is ideal: quiet and peaceful, yet just minutes from everything you might need. I loved exploring the walking trail right behind the house. The list of local recommendations provided was incredibly helpful, and I absolutely adored the Thai restaurant they suggested. Quite a few delicious and thoughtful surprises throughout my stay here made me feel very spoiled! Most importantly, I felt completely safe and cared for throughout my stay. The Hacktons are wonderful hosts, and it’s clear they’ve poured love and intention into creating a place that feels peaceful, welcoming, and full of heart. This is the kind of Airbnb you remember long after you leave.

According to my own experience during the two months that I lived there, firstly for the place : it was very quiet place, surrounded by nature, an adorable small park just 300 meters away, and it was close to the University of Manitoba as well. The passage of transport was very smooth. Regarding the accommodation, the room was like the ones in the photo, the kitchen was fully equipped, laundry room was available during all weekdays, furthermore it had been a large good common space .About the message responsiveness from co- host when there was anything needed on the house, was perfect. By luck I had the opportunity to meet wonderful people who were other room renters, They came from all different corners of the world and honoured by meeting them.
