Welkom bij La Fondette! Wij zijn Marian en Sander. Op deze plek schakelt u een tandje terug in onze unieke, rustgevende chalet die in zijn geheel door u wordt bewoond (prive). De omgeving is prachtig en bevindt zich midden in de natuur. De ruimte is licht en heeft een mooi uitzicht waar u van kunt genieten. Wij zijn als een blok gevallen voor deze plek, kom het hier zelf beleven!! De herfst/winter is ook een mooie tijd hier. Ook puy de Sancy ligt op een uurtje rijden, het is daar ook prachtig

Situé sur des circuits de randonnées, à proximité d'un château classé monument historique. 5mn de Felletin (Tapisserie, diamanterie, Grand marché les Vendredi matin), 15mn d'Aubusson (Capitale de la Tapisserie), 20mn du circuit automobile du Mas du Clos, 30mn du Lac de Vassivière. With your feet in the water on a white sandy beach, our house is located in Terre-de-Haut in the Saintes archipelago (Guadeloupe), nestled in the heart of its wonderful bay and in the typical fishermen's district of Fond de Curé. Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

Cottage near Lake Vassivière, Le Béchat

In an exceptional setting, close to the beautiful Lake Vassivière, come and discover our completely renovated gîte. Le Béchat can accommodate 8 to 10 people, it will seduce you with its services, its noble materials, as well as its environment, in a vast property surrounded by forests, meadows and rivers. Our alpacas, horses, ponies, donkeys, goats, sheep, rabbits, will delight young and old. Beautiful walks also await you in the woods and gardens of the property.

Delta Cottage of 60m² with terrace and Private Spa

The Delta benefits from a kitchen open to a large living/dining room with pellet stove. On the ground floor is also a first bedroom with double bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a laundry room. Upstairs is the mezzanine bedroom with bathtub and double bed. Take advantage of the hammock to relax and access the 2 unusual beds. Access to the chalet is through a 35 m² terrace with private HOT TUB and outdoor furniture.

Quiet house, completely renovated, ideal for a relaxing stay in the countryside. 50 kilometres from Clermont-Ferrand, in Combrailles, in the commune of Condat en Combrailles, 20 minutes from the motorway exit, in a small village close to all amenities. Close to nature, the Puys Range, Vulcania (40 km), the Massif du Sancy, the Fades-Besserve water body. Many sights in the surroundings (hiking trails, ponds, rivers...).

Ancienne maison creusoise en pierres d'environ 80m2, mitoyenne mais avec son propre terrain clos, avec étang privé de 3 hectares (pêche no kill, tarifs et infos me contacter par messages). Ce gîte calme et élégant au cœur de la nature et entouré d'animaux (poules, coq, jar, oies, canes et ânesses) vous permettra de vous ressourcer et de vous reposer en toute sérénité. Réservation pour 3 nuits minimum.
