Also enjoy the seaside (30 min by car, Planète Sauvage (15 min) or Le Puy du Fou (50 min). Fully equipped house with 1 large sunny living room, enclosed garden with terrace, swing, swimming pool! Delightful T1 bis in hyper center. Great location, restaurants, theater, cinemas, shops, museums, everything is at the foot of the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.

Many hiking trails on the Grand-Lieu Lake circuit allow you to discover a beautiful region. The small port on the Ognon, 5 minutes from the cottage, is a fishing spot. You can see dense and protected wildlife there.
