Ideal for those seeking comfort, safety & nature, but 9 miles to Burlington and 5 mins to shops & restaurants. We are in a part of Essex that is rural (the village, Essex Junction is more city.)

Large driveway can accommodate boats for fishing tournament guests. Unit is located upstairs with short, wide staircase. Unit is very clean and in safe neighborhood!

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on lake Champlain right off interstate I89 on the Canadian border in a private estate with 6 beach accesses throughout, also a boat ramp for fisherman!! ICE fishing as well, (ask me about an ice fishing shanty rental) Very nice quiet neighborhood, watch the beautiful sunsets at the waterfront next to a nice cozy camp fire on the beach or on the deck grilling food and playing corn-hole, great WIFI connection. In St-Armand🇨🇦, a small house ideal as a pied-à-terre for visiting the area/wine route. 3 km from the border, near 133, it allows you to visit Vermont without sleeping in the United States. With a bedroom (double bed + single inflatable mattress), a living room with smart TV without cable for your subscriptions (Netflix…), a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom/shower and a dining room. There is double parking. It's a modest house near the neighbors and the noisy road.
