Espace de jeux, balade, marché, canoë, baignade sont à proximité. La Vallée de la Cèze est paisible, vous pourrez découvrir facilement les terres voisines (30min du pont d'Arc - 45 min du Pont du Gard - 45 min Avignon - 1h Nîmes) tout en profitant d'un lieu simple et sauvage. 150 m2 + jardin clôturé (6-8 pers max).

The 'Puits Saint-André', property with pool

La maison est proche de la rivière, des commerces, des restaurants, des collines. Elle possède un grand séjour - cuisine de près de 50 mètres carrés relié à la terrasse de 30 m2, la cuisine très équipée, deux salles de bain, trois WC dont un indépendant, trois chambres climatisées , des lits très conforts. La piscine et le jardin méditerranèen et le terrain de pétanque sont partagés avec notre 2eme gîte situé sur le domaine. La maison est parfaite pour les familles et les groupes d'amis.

Peaceful succulents in the Cèze Valley

We are delighted to invite you to discover this haven of peace near the Ardèche region. The cottage (2 to 4 people), has been created in a converted building on a typical village perched in the hills above the Cèze Valley. The Provençal style has been preserved. The 55m² cottage comprises: a living room with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed; a fully equipped kitchen and access to a terrace with a table; one bedroom (queen-size bed); and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

The accommodation is quiet, in a hamlet. The village of Labeaume and the river are accessible by car in 5 minutes. The Chauvet Cave is about 18 km from the house. Many activities are available in the region for outdoor and/or thrill-seeking enthusiasts: hiking, canoeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche or Chassezac, mountain biking, road biking, caving, canyoning, climbing, tree climbing,... You can also enjoy many markets in the area.

Maison très lumineuse de 165 m2 sur un terrain de 2500 m2 qui surplombe un beau village provençal avec une vue panoramique sur la campagne environnante. La maison est très confortable avec 4 belles chambres, ses 3 salles de bains, une cuisine complète (trancheuse, thermomix TM6…) Le lieu est calme avec un voisinage distant sans nuisance, merci également de bien respecter la quiétude du village, en particulier en soirée.
