We present this cocoon furnished in March 2025 in a rural setting, on the ground floor of our pretty wooden house. We designed this place to enjoy stays for 2 in our beautiful region. In the Landes, at the gates of the Basque Country, you will be in less than 20 minutes: in Bayonne, Hossegor or Capbreton. You will be 5 minutes from the Marais d'Orx, a haven of peace and an ideal place for nature enthusiasts. This apartment has all the amenities you will need.

Independent 50 m² loft, fully equipped and refurbished, in an oriental style, with a sleeping area with a king-size canopy bed, a bathroom with large shower cabin and separate toilet. The main living/dining room overlooks your covered terrace and then directly onto the pool. View of the large oaks surrounding the property and the surrounding hills. This accommodation is quietly located amid greenery. It is located on the ground floor of our house, so we are available whenever you want. We are 11 km from Ondres beach (bike path to the beach), 12 km from the center of Bayonne and 15 km from Capbreton. St Martin de Seignanx has many amenities: supermarket, gasoline, tobacco/press, restaurants, bakery, bus (stop at the end of our cul-de-sac), the entrance to the highway is also 10 minutes away.
