On the 1st, the living room and kitchen and on the 2nd, two bedrooms and the bathroom. For bike and mountain bike enthusiasts, the ground floor can store several bikes.

The house is located 100 m from a petanque court and a children's playground. You also have a recreational center at Lake Parisot and plenty of other nature activities on the Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val side (caving, canoeing, kayaking, etc.)
